Recently renovated farmhouse in a peaceful and relaxing environment, away from traffic although easy to reach by paved road. It is a 1300 sqft two level house with three double bedrooms, two bathroom, a large kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace.
Plenty of outdoor activities, close to the railroad to Lucca and Pisa, you can take tour bike on the train for a hassle free visit.
A 36x18 feet swimming pool, outdoor furniture and barbeque are part of the house.

No Pesticides are used 2- Horse stables are sanitized with natural enzymes 3- Swimming pool is sanitized with marine salt equipment - No chlorine 4- Hot water is produced with solar panels 5- Electricity is produced with photovoltaic panels

Lucca - Garfagnana / Castiglione di Garfagnana area

Garfagnana is located in the northern tip of Tuscany in the Lucca province. It is a mountain region nested between the Apuane and Orecchiella Parks. Connected by rail to Lucca and Pisa and 40 km from the Versilia coast. Plenty of hiking opportunities between small rural communities, walled historical medieval villages.

How to get there

Fly to Pisa Airport from many European cities. From UK Ryan and other carriers have low cost fares.
Contact us for Airport pickup and rental cars at very convenient rates.
Alternatively there is a train at the Airport that takes you to Pisa Central and to Castelnuovo Garfagnana.
We are only 2,5 miles from the Castelnuovo Station and we can provide free pickup.

By car you can reach us from Lucca, Aulla or Modena depending on where you are coming from.
