A three bedroomed semi detached village house set in the typical Spanish pueblo of Lucainena De Las Torres, near Sorbas. Mojacar, with its beaches and golf courses is a 30 minute drive away.

The house is furnished to a high standard, featuring a double and twin bedroom and bathroom upstairs, as well as a double bedroom and shower room downstairs. The master bedroom has a balcony with views over the olive orchards and mountains, and has a spiral staircase to the roof top solarium with fantastic views of the mountains and village.

It is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area or a relaxing bolthole away from the stresses of life.

The Costa de Almeria region

The region of Almeria is charming and unspoilt, boasting one of the sunniest and warmest climates in Europe.The area includes the Cabo De Gata national park,with its spectacular mountainous coastline and secluded beaches.

There are many areas of outstanding beauty, some of which have been used as movie locations; Indiana Jones, Lawrence of Arabia and many spaghetti westerns were filmed in Almeria. Granada is about 2 hours away, with many attractions including the famous Alhambra Palace.

The Sierra Nevada mountain range, is also approximately two hours away ,where skiing is available from November through to March.

Lucainena de las Torres area

Lucainena de las torres is a typical white washed mountain village with a restaurant, two tapas bars, bank, post office, pharmacy and bread shop.There is a small market in the village square on a Saturday. There are many stunning walks in the area and the film studios are a twenty minute drive away.

The beautiful hill top village of Mojacar with its beaches and golf courses is a thirty minute drive away. The small town of Sorbas is only 10 minutes away and here you can see the traditional pottery and ceramics being hand made.

Almeria airport is 46 kilometres from the house.
Alicante airport is 247 kilometres from the house.
Granada airport is 178 kilometres from the house.

There is a lovely swimming pool open high season only for use of clients staying at the house.

Conditions

25% of rental fee payable eight weeks before your stay to secure your booking. Full payment is required if booking is within four weeks of booking date.

I do not ask for a deposit on taking a booking for the house, preferring to take people on trust. Approximately three weeks before the rental is due to begin I will ask for payment in full, and send the keys back by return. Also included will be full instructions for finding the house and a pre paid envelope for returning the keys to me after your stay.

As all the bedding and towels are in the property already and included in the price I also ask for 50 euros to be left in the house to pay for the washing and cleaning before the next tenant.

Long lets are available, rates are by negotiation.
