About the home

This luxurious villa is set in 2 acres of private grounds with best (LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION) and has breathtaking views.less then 5 mins walk to lovely town of Lubrin and short drive to most beaches, golf, horse ride, water park ect. Casa con la Torre is surrounded by olive and almond trees villa has extensive sun terraces. There is a large BBQ under the pergola, a 26' swimming pool and fully lit landscaped gardens. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The bedroom in the tower has its own balcony and all bedrooms have breathtaking views. There is a modern kitchen which offers washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker, fridge-freezer etc. Towels and bed linen are provided.all rooms with AIR/CON, sky 42" tv. high chair chair, baby cot, car seat.

The sunset view from the villa is not be missed. You can walk in to Lubrin town centre within 5 minutes where you'll find bars and restaurants. Lubrin is a quaint little town with history. A town for romance and also family holidays. Once you visited you will want to go again.

The Costa de Almeria region

The climate in Spain is diverse, Almeria has a Mediterranean climate - with high sunshine levels and mild winters.
Rain is very rare from June to August and in the south, there can occasionally occur a very hot wind from North Africa ( the Leveche) though sea breezes may stop temperatures from rising too high.

There is plenty to see and do in this part of Spain, famed for its hot climate.

It is a charming place with its narrow cobbled streets, with very good restaurants and bars in its lovely square to sit and enjoy tapas and great wine. Safe for children to play while grown-ups relax. There are 3 Supermarkets, Chemist, Post Office, Butchers and also a weekly Street market for all your needs. In Lubrin you will meet the friendliest people. Music Night is on Thursday at the Pool Bar is not to be missed. Musicians from all the surrounding areas gather with their guitars etc. and play, so if you play or sing join in or just dance the night away. MOJACAR BEACH is just 30minutes drive. When we first arrived in Lubrin we fell in love with its beauty. It is a peaceful little place soaked in History. It's sunny days and starlit skies at night and with it's breathtaking landscapes Lubrin is a little jewel tucked away in the heart of Andalucia.

In the winter the area is ideal for walkers and bird watchers - so please do contact us about booking outside of the main season.

“Pure tranquility, with lively village close by” This is the 6th time my wife and I have now visited the Villa, first visit was on our own, but since taking our family and friends, to spoil them too. The views are what dreams are made off, opening the window shutters in the early morning, with a perfect veiw from every angle. Half hour swim in the pool, while full cooked breakfast is being prepared to eat outside on the varanda, in the morning sunshine. A short walk into the village, where there are small shops selling everthing you would require, fresh. All the locals are very freindly and helpful, especially in the traverners, where you can eat tapas and enjoy a drink. For the young at heart, they do have a late night music bar, much too late for us now, but our daughters and boyfriends have enjoyed various nights there. We really enjoy the peace and quite and privacy of the villa, giving us all we require for our holidays. There are plenty of walking areas around the villa, up over the mountins or into and around the villiage. We would recomend anyone to book this villa and enjoy a very relaxing holiday to recharge the batteries. Always found the owner helpful when contacting him and his greeting staff make us welcome, as though we were a part of their family. “Best Holiday Ever” Had a fantastic time at the villa, everything was as promised and more. Its location and facilities were excellent including the pool and interior. Highly recommended as a chill out holiday very relaxing and peaceful. “An oasis of luxury and tranquility” It's not often I write reviews but this villa has prompted me to do so. Set in a superb location this villa offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and is not overlooked, so you can relax in total peace. The sleepy village of Lubrin is just a 5 minute stroll where the people are friendly and welcoming. We have now stayed at the villa twice and a will continue to return. All in all it is one of Andalusia's best kept secrets and highly recommended. “Excellent For All Age Groups” Friends and I have stayed in this Villa twice this year at different times. We enjoyed it so much the first time with all it had to offer we went back again. Ages have ranged from the retired and middle aged to teenagers and children and we have all immensely enjoyed the holiday for different reasons. This is not normally easily achieved! The accommodation is a real home from home with every conceivable home comfort you may require. The pool is clean and welcoming with shade for those who require it and lots of open areas for those, like myself who like to “bake” themselves. We loved having our breakfast outside and made the most of the BBQ area in the morning and evening. The views are outstanding with a variety of walks for those in our party that felt more energetic. The friendly village of Lubrin is a 5 minute walk where you can mingle with locals in a traditional Spanish way and get the provisions you require while stopping at one of the local the bars for wonderful tapas and a drink. For those in our party requiring a “party” atmosphere Mojacar was only a short distance away where those younger members could party the night away at one of the many exclusive beach bars and clubs. This is also a perfect place for those who enjoyed shopping! Well worth the money and planning a trip back next year.
