The villa offers truly panoramic seaviews and is conveniently located in a new gated community only 400 meters of the most famous beach in Bulgaria called Oasis Beach which is easily accessible (no cliff stairs).

Oasis Beach Villa is located in the warmest most southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera, some 60 km south of Burgas with its international airport. The closest village at 2km is Lozenets a.k.a. the Bulgarian Saint Tropez for the numerous celebrities living here during the long relaxed summers. The ancient port town of Sozopol with its historical treasures is only 25 km. Travel inland and explore the huge natural reserve of Strandja Mountains. This is nature at its purest far away from any industrial or overpopulated areas.

The nearest restaurant is at 200m in the Lalov Diving Center where it is also possible to get your certified diver's license (PADI). Lozenets is a small picturesque fishing village where you will find a long nice beach and a small harbour. Today it is visited by thousands of tourists, mostly Bulgarians who prefer this clean, safe and small village with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Lozenets offers a combination of mountain and sea climate. The average summer temperatures range between 21-23 Celsius in June and September and between 26-28 Celsius in July and August.

The Burgas Province region

Ropotamo national park at 15 km

Named after the Ropotamo river this nature reserve is home to rare birds and plants. It is especially known for red plankton, water lilies, turtles, cormorants and white-tailed eagles. Liana-like vines, and submerged tree roots give the area a jungle-like appearance. The Lion is a remarkable rock.

Strandzha national park at 20 km

This is the biggest nature reserve in Bulgaria: approximately 25 by 50 km, or 116,136 hectares. The mountainous area, forested with beech and oak, contains many rivers and rocky gorges. The highest peak is 709 meters. In the park are just a few small villages and transportation is still done by horse and cart. The rest is totally unspoilt nature where no farming is practiced. Many hundreds of wild boar and deer live here. European bird migration route Via Pontica runs through the park bringing the number of birds species to 261. The park is a paradise for hikers, fishermen, horseback riders, mountain bikers and bird watchers. Fire dancing is a remarkable ancient tradition still practiced here.

Sozopol at 25 km

Sozopol is at least three thousand years old and is the oldest settlement on the Black Sea. Situated on a peninsula, it is a museum of old wooden houses and small churches. The archaeological museum is small but worth a visit. Sozopol is more authentic than the better known cousin Nessebar situated near Sunny Beach.

Rezovo at 35 km

Moving south along the coastal road you will find Europe Alley, the most southern point of the European Union on the border with Turkey. This small town with a beautiful bay on the border of Rezovo river attracts a considerable number of day-trippers.

Burgas at 60 km

With 210,000 inhabitants, Burgas (also spelled Bourgas) is the fourth largest city in Bulgaria. It is particularly interesting to do some serious shopping. Expensive brands in boutiques, shops with very cheap imitations, or the large Metro store, you will find everything here.

Varna at 150 km

Varna has a beautiful cathedral and a great archaeological museum. Worthy of a visit in the Varna region are the 50 million years old Stone Forest and the Aladzha monastery carved into the rocks.

Istanbul at about 3 hours

You can use a (rental) car or coach to visit the magnificent metropolis Istanbul in Turkey which was for more than a thousand years (until 1453) the capital of the Byzantine Empire, then known as Constantinople.

Lozenets

Having lived in Bulgaria for around 10 years, I had extensively travelled the coast line, in search of my favourite resort. A laid back place which had the best beaches, clean, uncrowded and with golden sands. A destination which offered a good selection of bars and restaurants, catering for qualified taste buds on every budget. A resort which was child friendly, with plenty of activities – surfing, water sports and days out in the area. Somewhere with a truly great nightlife, but void of hordes of drunken teenagers or package holiday crowds. As soon as I arrived in Lozenets, I stopped looking (Testimonial by Ben Crushcov, director of Bulgarian Property Company).

PLACES TO VISIT

Lalov diving center at 150 meters

This diving center with decompression chamber is the largest in Bulgaria and offers diving courses for beginners as well as advanced divers leading to a PADI certificate. Here is a small but very nice beach that only residents of Lalov and Oasis Beach Villa use. This beach is accessible via a safe wooden staircase. Other sports in the area are snorkeling, kite and wind surfing, sailing, spear fishing, etc.

Oasis Beach at 400 meters

This is the ideal beach for sunbathing and swimming. On the other side of this wide and long beach is the Oasis Resort. For a fee you can use the tennis courts and indoor pool of Oasis Resort.

Secluded beaches and coves from 400 to 1200 meters

Peaceful places for swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing, etc. Pure nature far from the crowds. Within easy walking distance of Oasis Beach Villa.

Lozenets at 2km

This is the unofficial Saint Tropez of Bulgaria, the preferred holiday destination of celebrities from politics, media and business. Many of them possess lavish villas between Lozenets and Oasis Beach. The coastline is not marred by overdevelopment and high-rises as in Sunny Beach. Lozenets has a small marina and exudes a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere with a dynamic nightlife. During the day the main beach and the small Tarfa Beach offer all beach pleasures from terrace-hopping to jet and water skiing. In the evening dine at one of the many seafood restaurants. For a snack in style an absolute must is the sushi bar overlooking the picturesque Tarfa Beach near the harbour: holidaying at its best.

Tsarevo at 7 km

Tsarevo is the administrative capital of the south coast and has a fishing port offering sea excursions. Here is your notary if you decide to buy a property. It has the only supermarket worthy of the name south of Sozopol. Only in 1913 Tsarevo was ceded to Bulgaria by Greece after the Balkan wars and it continues to show Greek influences.

Primorsko at 10 km

Primorsko is the largest and busiest resort south of Sozopol with two huge beaches (North and South Beach) and a very large number of eateries and bars. Of special interest are the port for seatrips, the airport for skydiving, and the aquatic center with water slides.

Dardaneli underwater caves at 12 km

Near Varvara one enjoys the most famous diving and snorkeling in the Black Sea with beautiful underwater caves and canyons.

Ritual site from Bronze Age at 15 km

Tash Beglik is Bulgaria's Stonehenge and dates from the fourteenth century B.C. Huge boulders are stacked in a place where animals and possibly humans were sacrificed to the sun god. It's about 2 km north of Primorsko's North Beach.

"Pro's and Con's at the villa"

Bottom line is that I will never rent this villa again but here are few things to think about before booking this villa:

Pro's: Great location, beautiful views, the beach is amazing, great food in the restaurants and people in the nearby town are very friendly.

Con's:
- when you pay make sure you consider the fees that the villa owner is incuring from his bank (beside the fees you pay at your bank) as he wants you to pay for everything (whaaaat!!)

- Although the villa takes up to 12 people at first we booked for 10 people (7 adults and 3 kids) and the last minute we decided to take one more adult and one more child with us. The next day I got an email from the owner asking me to pay extra for the other 2 people (in his email he mentioned the property manager advised him we were all adults and only one child but guess what, nobody even asked us). I sent him an email back advising of our situation but I felt that my 250 euro deposit was in danger and you know what.....I was right. We left the property and once home I asked for my deposit back .....to be told that he needs to keep 40 euro because we had extra people there.....

- The villa is not as big as it looks in the pictures and the kitchen area downstairs is very small to support all the guests. If you want eveyone to enjoy then you have to go to the penthouse and sit on the terrace

- The manager at the resort ....Nevena was her name was very unfriendly but on the other side her husband was very nice .....

- Wasps!!!!!!! Wow ......if you plan to eat outside and are afraid of wasps .....forget about it.....as soon as you put the food out they swarm in making it impossible to enjoy eating outside.

- The road leading to the property was awful and if you want to go to the nice beach you definetly have to drive on that road every day. It feels like you are in the middle of the sea, on a boat when the weather is really bad.

All in all we had fun as we travelled with a large group but I would never rent this villa again or reccomend anyone to do so....Go to a resort .....a much better choice

This review is negatively biased because of the fact that the renter did not honour the booking contract by bringing four unannounced guests, which is two more than the maximum agreed in the rental contract. Instead of charging 10 euro per person per night extra as advertised, I only charged 4 euro per person per night extra, a 60% discount which is under-appreciated by the renter, to say the least.
The complex manager Nevena was 'not amused' when the renter showed up not with 8 persons as announced, but with 12 people, which is unacceptable and could have led to refusing the four unannounced guests as a standard hotel policy. Nevena had to get four more beds ready than expected.
Rental prices are inclusive of electricity, airconditioning, water, garden maintenance, daily cleaning, cable tv, internet, change of bed linen and bath towels on request, and final cleaning. Bank costs, if any, are not included, as clearly stated (in normal print) in the rental contract. In this case, bank costs were 15 euro and could have been avoided by using an IBAN bank account.
There is indeed a stretch of 100 meters of road which is not asphalted, but this is Bulgaria, it's part of the cultural experience.
Hot weather may bring wasps in the towns but I have never found them a problem around the villa where they are chased away by the amazing swallows and the refreshing sea breeze.
All floor plans are shown on my personal website accessible via holidaylettings. The ground floor kitchen area is 18 sqm and it leads to a 100 sqm garden. The top floor kitchen area is 35 sqm. The master bedroom is 18 sqm. The other four bedrooms are 12 sqm each. There are four bathrooms and a roof terrace of 35 sqm. If this is too small for your taste, please don't book this villa.

"Holiday in Oasis Beach Villa"

This summer we spent 10 days in Oasis Beach Villa in Lozenets. We were in a group of 10 people and we truly had great time there. Firstly, villa is placed in a really picturesque place. You've got a great view on the surrounding sea. Secondly, proximity of beaches and the city is really comfortable. Thirdly, what's most important, villa in itself. Everything what was written in the description by the owner was a pure truth. Villa is really spacious so it was not a problem to fit 10 people in one place for example to dine together, watch TV, or to have a BBQ outdoor. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are nice and clean, kitchens are fully equipped, A/C is working perfectly in each room and the Wi-Fi Internet connection is of really good speed, perfect even for a demanding clients like games lovers :-). During the mornings, when the sand on the beach was too hot to walk on, we were spending time in the OBV's swimming pool area. There are three pools with very clean water (maintained daily), surrounded with deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
Contact both with the owner and property manager is very satisfactory and easy. During the stay the property manager was in touch to check whether everything is ok and in order.
Lozents is a very small, yet interesting place with lots of restaurants and shops where you can buy everything you need during vacation. I can strongly recommend Bulgaria as a holiday destination with sunny weather, clear water in the sea and exceptionally friendly and helpful Bulgarians.

"Great place for a dream vacation"

Brand new villa with de lux fittings in complex of a few other, very similar, villas. Everything fenced, guarded and very safe. Pool is located beside the house and it's always clean. The facilities and amenities like air condition in every room, dishwasher, 4 bathrooms, new and well-designed insides with comfortable furnitures and new electronic equipment as well as wifi internet connection makes you feel good and you are not concerned with anything else but you just rest.
Our group was quite big and consisted of 11 persons - 6 adults and 5 childrens (3-13 years). Even so there was enough space in villa and everyone felt freely.
All the complex is situated in popular bulgarian vacation village Lozenets but aside of it so you can find here silence also. The next advantage is you have beautiful views and landscapes as well as very close to sea (less than 200m to rocky/gravel beatch and c.a. 450m to the nearest sandy beach).
I suggest also to visit neighbouring towns Burgas and especially Sozopol with its unusual old town and picturesque beach.
I recommend this place with no doubts.
