"Love this place"

This is our second stay at no. 10 Waterside and it did not disappoint. Everything you could want is there. Lots of little touches in the place make it home from home. We found lots of things to do in the area, but kids love staying in Waterside Park as there is lots for them to do. Great swimming pool and now the added bonus of being covered gives you something to do if the weather is not so good. Have booked again for next year as we could not imagine anywhere nicer to stay.

I booked this property without knowing if it would be suitable for me as I am partially disabled. I needn't have worried it was perfect, nice level footpath from the carpark so I could use my mobility scooter and the property was easy to access. It had everything that you could want and more and what a view, I will be booking again for 2015.
Thanks for a wonderful home.

"Another comfortable stay!"

We have been staying at Maggie's holiday bungalow for about 4 years and we are always very pleased with the accommodation-one of the reasons we regularly return.
There is a beautiful view of the sea; the accommodation is clean and comfortable; the site is very well maintained; and this year the pool has been covered to create an indoor swimming pool which is pretty stunning.

"Fabulous bungalow on really nice park"

This is a really lovely bungalow with a wonderful seafront position and view. It's furnished and decorated to a high standard, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's very comfortable and you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.

The pool is a great, perfect for all ages and very safe. The glass roof enabled us to use it every day and the sides roll-up for the warmer days, and there's plenty of outside seating and sunbeds if the weather is good.

We all really enjoyed the clubhouse in the evenings, particularly the children on Tuesday and Friday when the entertainer is on. He is great with the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the games.

We did eat at the clubhouse on the first night, and the food was very good and reasonably priced. It does take a little while to come but the children didn't notice as they were enjoying the playground right outside while we waited.

There is a very relaxed atmosphere at the park which we really liked and all the staff are very friendly.

The location is perfect for the good beaches at Lowestoft and Gorlston and for all the other good things the area has to offer

Maggie, the owner, provided lots of useful information ahead of our holiday which was a great help, including very good directions to the local supermarket!

We are in the process of booking the bungalow again for next summer!

"The ideal base to discover East Anglia."

We really enjoyed our stay at No 10 waterside park. The bungalow is pleasantly open plan with a good sized dining area facing on to a large window enjoying good views of the sea.
It has a spacious lounge which leads to two good sized double bedrooms and a small bedroom with bunk beds decorated with young children in mind.
We found it's only drawback was the fact that we couldn't park anywhere near the bungalow, but this is done to protect the cliffs.
All in all No 10 is an excellent place to stay as you enjoy all that East Anglia has to offer.

"A relaxing 'getaway'"

The bungalow was clean and all the bed linen was provided. A travel cot had been set up for our baby grandchild. All the beds were comfortable. There was a washing machine which is a must with a baby and a 6 year old. We particularly liked the sea views, which we could see from the lounge area. You could sit and watch the boats and ships sail by. We found this, together with the sound of the sea, very relaxing. The site was quiet and there was a children's play area nearby and a swimming pool. Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are within easy travelling distance with plenty of amusements for children. The weather was very warm and sunny. We thought it was good value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there.
