“RECOMMEND THIS BUNGALOW TO ANYONE”
We found it very easy to find, good access for my father in law who is disabled and yes we will be gong inthe summer months if possible. The bungalow was very clean, the view and facilites were good with two pubs close by with good food.
We booked a three night break at the start of the October half term and had a fabulous time. The site was one of the best we've stayed on, really clean and friendly in a lovely little area. The pub opposite did great food and welcomed us poor souls, with children in tow, inside as it was freezing and raining and we were all cold and hungry after a manic day at Bewilderwood!
The chalet, well, we loved it. the view overlooking the sea was lovely, especially first thing in the morning. It was very clean with everything you could possibly need. The shower was spot on and once the heaters were on, it was very warm and snug. Which was just aswell as it was freezing and wet outside! The beds were all so comfy. I should know, i tried all of them! And the kids loved the bunkbeds. I don't think we had the TV on once! We would definately go back. I imagine in the warmer months, sitting outside on the decking with a glass of wine watching the sea and the world go by, would be rather special. Yes, we will be going back. Try and stop us!! And the couple that own the chalet were so lovely, considerate and friendly. We thoroughly reccommend this..though not too much as we don't want it to be booked up for when we want to go again!!

“Ab fab-as usual”
Accommodation is first class with everything you could possibly want for a self catering holiday. The property has been attractively redecorated since our visit last year, and a washing machine has also been installed. Look out on the sea while you eat your Sunday lunch! This is a beautifully kept holiday property and the Waterside Park in which it is situated is well maintained.

“possibily better than last year? !!!”
A return trip for myself, husband and 2 sons age 8 and 6 and we had a fabulous time. Noticed immediately on arrival improvements have been made to the bungalow since last year...redecoration in the double bedrooms and lounge, new lighting in the bedrooms and a washing machine just what i needed to rinse through my only jacket that blew into the sea...saved me buying a new one! Again, clean and tidy and excently equipped. Very peaceful, beautiful views from the large panoramic lounge window. My boys spent a lot of our spare time in the on site heated outdoor pool. A wonderful week spent here, already discussing booking next year:)
Had a great time despite the weather (being England and all) ideally located and a super lovely house with all the trimmings. Lovely detail and welcome. I brought lots of things (household bits and pieces) but found I didn't need too as it was all there! Super fab electronics ie. washer, stove, hob... coastal view. Will definitely go back!!

“Highly Recommended”
We've just spent a lovely week at the Waterside. The bungalow is very comfortable with everything you need including the little things like soap, washing up liquid and salt and pepper, which I always forget! The bedrooms are lovely with good quality bedding. Everything was spotlessly clean. The club house offers a good menu which looked nice but we didn't actually end up eating there ourselves. The pool is clean and has two life guards so the boys enjoyed themselves and were safe. The wi-fi was only free in the club house but you could pay if you wanted it in the bungalow. Only slight negative was that the beach below the cliffs was not accessible due to the sea wall defences and there was no swimming there. It wasn't a problem though as you could walk along the wall to a beach or visit some of the beautiful beaches nearby which all have excellent facilities. Out and about I definitely recommend Somerleyton Hall, quite magnificent, and the boys loved the Pleasure Beach at Gt Yarmouth. An excellent family holiday, as children well catered for, but equally good for just adults.

“Peaceful bungalow in a friendly holiday village”
We had an enjoyable stay here for two weeks. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our son enjoyed the (free) mini-golf, trampoline and playground on site. The on site small shop was handy, and the on site restaurant had a themed family friendly evening on over the Halloween weekend. It was a very pleasant place to explore the local area.
And what a view.............. Sitting on the leather sofa in the lounge with amazing view straight out to sea. The bungalow was so clean, very thoughtfully furnished and in such a beautiful setting.... more

“Immaculate bungalow facing the sea.”
What a little treasure. This bungalow was a delight, so very well equipped and beautiful furnishings and bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. We would recommend this bungalow and we will happily return in the future.
“Home from Home with the bonus of fanastic view and great location”
Home from home property with a fantastic view of the sea. The property was very clean and comfortable. Set on a quiet site with pool, bar, restaurant, play ground, laundrette, shop, hairdressers and entertainment for those who want more action. Site staff helpful and friendly.
Property idea for exploring surrounding area. It would suit anyone who does not drive. Come by train to Lowerstoft, catch the No.1 local bus to Corton, which runs twice an hour and picks up/drops off right outside the main gates of the site. The bus stops on the way in and out of Lowerstoft at the local 24 hr Tesco store. This as a cafe, cash machines and a petrol station. By Bus or car the store is less than 10 minutes away.
The village as two pubs, Chinese take-a-way, Fish and Chip bar, Church, Village Hall, post box and whilst we were there, a car boot sale.
Would like to return in the future to this property and recommended it to anyone who wants to explore the area. Although there is no disabled facilities for the physically disabled at the property, our two Autistic sons had a good time.

If you like seaviews then this would be for you. Outlook straight onto sea, lovely comfortable bungalow, in easy reach of supermarkets, shops and eating places. Lovely pool on site and plenty for children to do within a short distance, Pleasurewood Hills 5 minutes away and Africa Alive 10 mins away. We will be returning again.

We stayed at No 10 Waterside in July 2010 and had a great holiday. Bungalow itself has everything you need - really clean and comfortable with plenty of space. It has a great view out to sea and a lovely terraced area with patio furniture to enjoy it from. Corton is an ideal base for touring the Norfolk area and only 10 mins from Gorleston with its great beach and Great Yarmouth, a wonderful seaside town full of attractions to keep the kids happy. I would book again in a minute.

“A delightful bungalow with stunning views!”
A modern, clean and very comfortable holiday home. We stayed for Aug bank holiday 2010 and have rebooked for a week this year. Lovely swimming pool with gradual depth, so ideal for very young children to sit and splash or older children to enjoy the deeper end. Plenty of sunloungers/tables/chairs around the pool. We ate in the onsite restaurant, food of traditional pub kind, very nice. The children enjoyed the playground area, whilst we supervised from the decking enjoying a drink from the bar. Plenty to do near or further away. Lowestoft and Gorleston Beaches are beautiful and nearby. Cromer is worth a visit. If you have children, check out Bewilderwood as this is fantastic for kids (and adults). Certainly recommended!
The accommodation was clean and it had everything you required for a family. Lovely views all around and a lovely a walk first thing in the morning along the sea front. Great places to visit Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and many more for the family. Overall our holiday was a good one and would recommend coming back here again.
The owner is based in the United Kingdom and has advertised with Holiday Lettings since 2009. This bungalow has received 22 reviews from previous guests.
