Home description

Our holiday home is in a residential area, with enclosed lawned garden and garden furniture . Access from rear car parking area. A shed is available for storage of visitors bicycles and, or outdoor pursuits equipment.

There is a kitchen /diner newly refurbished. Through to lounge comprising of two comfortable sofas, tv, dvd and soft lighting. Overlooking a pleasant green area, where the children can play. The front garden has a bench to sit in the sun.

Upstairs are two bedrooms 1 double with a kingsize bed, 2nd room has bunk beds, The wetroom with toilet and sink are also newly refurbished.

Lowestoft / Pakefield area

A 5 min drive to the local beach which is shingle but a further 3 min walk to a sandy beach.

Local shops are within 5-10 mins walk including supermarkets pubs for lunch. Art gallery within 10 min walk and horse-riding stable 20 mins walk or 5 min drive.

How to get there

Norwich airport is the nearest, tbc Local train station is Lowestoft which is 5 mins drive away with a local taxi rank.
Use of car is recommended.

Driving: From south pickup M25 then head east to A12 follow through to lowestoft, Pakefield is signed just before you get to Lowestoft. Other routes to follow.
