The East Anglia region
East Anglia is a lovely place to visit. There's so much to do; award winning beaches ,the broads, parks and country houses to visit . Camps Heath is at the bottom of the Waveney Valley and as a result, can be very warm in the summer. There are fantastic walks along river banks and public footpaths, many picturesque costal villages to visit such as Southwold ,Dunwich and Walberswick.
Suffolk Coastal and Suffolk Broads. Ideal for both the beach, broads and countryside. Close to the Blue Flag Lowestoft and Pakefield beaches and Suffolk Wildlife Nature Reserves. Edge of town location with close proximity to Suffolk and Norfolk countryside. For those looking for a City visit Norwich Cathedral City is only a 30min drive away. Closer to home Great Yarmouth is 20mins drive to the North and Southwold 20 mins drive to the South. Not forgetting Gorleston Beach which is 15 mins drive too.

"Great location for visiting the Broads"
Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Jan met us at the apartment when we arrived and my husband was happy that secure parking was available although the area was very quiet considering we arrived on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday so the car would have been fine on the road.
Walking distance into Oulton Broad and plenty of places to eat however we chose to visit the local Co-op which was less than 5 minutes away by car and it was a big store with no queues!
Being new to letting the apartment there was no information pack giving details of how to work the cooker, TV, where the supermarket, bank, doctors etc could be found; places to visit, places eat or places to hire boats or bikes etc. We don't always use or agree with the information booklets when we go away but they are always handy to have around. Although Jan said he was at the end of the phone if we needed anything.
We had a good evening watching the fireworks at the end of the Gala day at the Nicholas Everitt Park for the Bank Holiday. The best spot to watch the fireworks from was outside The Wherry pub opposite the park.
