Boasting sea views from most rooms, this newly refurbished spacious property can be booked for up to 7 people. Sea View House facilities include an attractive sun lounge in addition to a comfortable lounge where one can while away the hours gazing at the stunning sea views. Open plan kitchen/diner leads to ground floor double bedroom with ensuite, specially adapted for wheelchair users. Ramp access from house to a large secure private garden at rear, equipped with garden furniture.
Wi-Fi, Freeview, DVD' s and a selection of books and games and are supplied for your enjoyment. New gas central heating in all rooms provide comfort and warmth in winter months. Two double (1 ensuite), one twin and one single bedroom.

Oulton Broad with wildlife park, and excellent facilities for boat trips on the Norfolk Broads, 2 miles. 'African Experience' 3 miles. Picturesque Southwold (good for crabbing with the kids!) with its landmark lighthouse, Award winning pier (2009), Adnam's brewery and independent boutiques, 9 miles. Norwich with its shops and historic interest, 34 miles. The beautiful Somerleyton Hall and gardens packed with events , Minsmere RSPB nature reserve, Aldeburgh Music Festival, Southwold and Aldeburgh Summer Theatre all within easy reach.

Sea View House is ideally situated close to Lowestoft's sandy beach which received the coveted 'Blue Flag' Award in 2009; Windsurfing, sailing harbour trips are amongst the watersports available. Birthplace to composer Benjamin Britten and home to Pleasurewood Hills American Theme park. Disabled ramp at the end of the row leads to level walk along promenade to Lowestoft with its cinema, ten pin bowling, Marina Theatre (all year round concerts/pantomime/musical theatre); Yatching marina (sailing/powerboat short courses available); Two piers offering traditional seaside games; Museums packed with information of the town's rich fishing and maritime history. Fun rides on trams and trolley buses at Carlton Coalville Transport Museum. Watch the Sea Front Airshow from our front garden!
Horse riding on the beach on offer at local riding stables. Cliff top walk to Kessingland or for the more energetic, walk along the beach to Southwold (9 miles). 100's of family attractions within easy reach. Independent high quality butchers, bakers, florist, chemist , as well as a Spar grocers and post office are within 200yds; Local pubs with good food and children's playground overlooking sea, 100yds; Great fish and chips, 50yds. Plenty of restaurants and cafes along the sea front in nearby Lowestoft.

“A really nice quiet, clean, house in a perfect location overlooking the beach.” Had a really good time, very god for children with enclosed garden. Nice quiet location next to the beach and within waliking distance of town. Nice pubs, even the weather was good.

“A perfect seaside holiday” A great house to get away for a nice rest by the sea. We have two teenage children and an elderly grandma. The downstairs bedroom is ideal for grandma. Lovely en-suite bathroom and an open bedroom looking onto the garden. Upstairs there are three great bedrooms with plenty of room. The house was very clean and had a great view of the sea. It's in a great area for walking there are pubs and restaurants nearby. We've been visiting as a family for three years now, and always have a great time.

“Perfect. Home from home but with a view.” 'The Yellow House' as we have lovingly called it for the last eight years, has become our second home for a couple of weeks every summer. We love the location, view and home comforts and are very excited about the new extention. We always spend eleven and a half months looking forward to our next stay. Absolutely no complaints! “Superb with all the facilities I needed.” A great holiday in the perfect spot. Fantastic views and cliff top walks right on the doorstep plus the best Fish & Chip shop in town at the end of the road. The Disabled facilities were far better than you normally find. We would definitely come back. Mr & Mrs K, Sussex

“wow what a view” we have been many times to this property and cannot wait to go again. The views are wonderful, the little church with the mobile grass cutters(sheep) charming. The property itself is a home from home, warm,clean and inviting.
