About the home

This is a lovely clean and well equipped three bed roomed villa, with extended gated decking. South facing.
The property has three bedrooms 1 double with balcony, 1 twin room and 1 single room.A combined toilet and bathroom on the ground floor with shower over bath. A well equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine. It has a combined living and dinning room with a 32" flat screen LCD Free view T.V. and DVD player.(please ask about Sky T.V.)

This is a 3 bedroom Villa, sleeps 5. South facing, it is clean and well equipped. It has a large gated decking area with blue decking lights. It has a combined toilet and bathroom with shower over bath.

The Park has an onsite outdoor heated swimming pool, (open from May through to September).There is a bar with a restaurant for snacks and evening dining. Outside the bar is a decked area with seating over looking the sea with childrens play area and a mini putting green, A bar and restaurant complex, with a pool table and a small arcade, local shop, hairdresser's and launderrette.
Directly opposite the park there is a lovely local pub "The White Horse" offering an array of real ales and an extensive menu to eat in or take away. Next to the pub is a Chinese take-away, of which all can be recommended. Further along the road is the "Corton Hut" also offering meals along with occasional weekend entertainment.

The property is cleaned before your stay and afterwards but we would request that you leave property in an as you find condition.
We ask that a 10% deposit be paid at the time on booking, unless there is less than 6 weeks away in which case we will require the full amount.
The property is fitted with a key box so you can arrive and depart at any time.
We request that you vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of departure and arrive not before 2pm on the day of arrival. We can be flexible on these times where possible so please ask.

The East Anglia / Suffolk region

Waterside Park offers an ideal base for touring Norfolk and Suffolk places of interest. With Great Yarmouth 8 miles away and Lowestoft only Two miles away.

There is a regular bus service which opperates from outside the main entrance to the Park.

The Lowestoft / Corton area

There are a great many attractions to visit around the local area, Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and Great Yarmouth Sea Life Centre, Gorleston (for a lovely unspoilt beach), The Norfolk Broards and Oulton Broard where day boat hire can be found.

Great Yarmouth offers a large shopping centre and Lowestoft offers a pedestrianised High Street.
There are always things to do in the area, for updated events pick up a leaflet from The Reception on site.

“Don't waste your money” The experience we had at 106 waterside, arrived to find no key in the key safe took half an hour to get someone to bring it to us. “GREAT PLACE TO STAY” Stayed at 106 for a week, can highly recommend. Was a great base for exploring surrounding areas. House was lovely, very clean and had everything that was needed. Owner was very helpful. Bit quiet of an evening, so if your looking for lively evening entertainment may not suit.... but if your looking to relax its ideal.

“fantastic holiday place” We had an excellent time while we stayed at 106, every thing was on hand and the owner was very helpful at all times. it is very child friendly as well. highly recommended and would book again.

“Well worth booking” Excellent accommodation friendly nice complex with everything on hand or a short drive away . Recommend to book as very pleasant and helpful owner .Really enjoyed the stay would book again .
