About the home

Privately owned, our aim is to provide modern and clean accommodation with all the facilities you would expect to make your stay a most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath and air conditioning in the lounge. The master bedroom has a TV and a balcony with seating and could provide Mum and Dad some there to relax on their own while the children watch the TV downstairs or play on the gated decking safely.

The Park itself is continualy improving, there is now an outside pool and mini gym. The complex offers bar and restaurant. with free wifi There is also a children's play area, putting green, grocery shop together with a hair salon. Entertainment is provided in the club together with an arcade and pool table.

Our villa offers superior accommodation making it like home from home for your stay.

The villa sleeps up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV/DVD, safe and hairdryer. It also has its own outside balcony with a table and chairs provided. The twin bedroom has hanging space and chest of draws and bedside cabinet, while the single room has a bedside cabinet.

Bedding is included in your stay, and will be made ready for your arrival. Cots and high chairs are available for a small charge, but this does not include cot bedding. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and we ask that you please leave as you find it.

The living room is very comfortable, and now air conditioned,with 2 leather sofas to relax in and watch the 22inch flat screen freeview TV/DVD, or listen to your music with the integrated iPod dock. A dining table and chairs are there for your comfort at meal times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freeze compartment, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and coffee maker. A full set of crockery, cutlery and additional cooking utensils is included. There is also a washing machine with ironing board, iron and a clothes airer.

Further details outdoors:
Just outside the villa is a decked area, with table and chairs for the summer evenings. There is also available a storage unit which will house up to 4 bikes securely. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided.

With in walking distance are two pubs offering food and entertainment and a chinese take away

The beach is a short walk and other lovely beaches can be found at Lowestoft and Gorleston

The villa is located at The Waterside Village in Corton, which is just outside Lowestoft in Suffolk.

Corton is the ideal base to explore Suffolk and Norfolk, and its picturesque coastline. The local bus stop is directly outside our entrance, and has good links to nearby Lowestoft a traditional seaside resort Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, which are also easily reachable by car with plenty of parking available.

Waterside Park has undergone extensive refurbishment of all its facilities to make your stay more enjoyable. The club bar and restaurant refurbishment is now complete, offering a comfortable venue for a meal or drink, with views out over the Suffolk and Norfolk coastline. The children’s play area is just outside the club together with a decked area. The bar will als ooffers a free Wi-Fi connection for all guests. The extensive grocery shop and the hair and beauty salon are also open.

The newly refurbished outside swimming pool allows guests to enjoy a swim or midday splash! Waterside Park can also offer guests on site entertainment such as karaoke, steak and curry nights in the bar. An ideal opportunity to wind down and enjoy the company of friends after a hard day exploring the region.

“The perfect get away” The accommodation provided was exactly as expected, being clean, spacious and fully equipped. Waterside Village is a perfect location, being quiet and within easy reach of Great Yarmouth and Norwich. Corton is an ideal holiday location given the volume of attractions within 1hr and with so many eateries within striking distance. I am confident the children will want to visit again in the next couple of years.

“Excellent home from home” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely modern, clean and spacious accommodation. Topped off by being in a great location for Lowerstoft and Great Yarmouth and all the other surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit.

“Home from home” Superb, have used Cornell holiday lets numerous times now and am always impressed with how well kept they are. Cleanliness, layout and facilities within the villas is exceptional. If only they could manage the weather as well as they manage these home from homes!
