Downstairs there is a spacious lounge/dining area with feature Cotswolds stone fireplace, wood burning stove and superb luxury sofa which you can unwind on after a long day exploring the Cotswolds and cuddle up in front of the roaring fire and watch some DVD’s or TV (Free Sat). Chill out and enjoying some soothing music provided by a CD/radio and CD collection or browse through the assortment of books. At the far end of the spacious lounge is a magnificent dining table which seats eight and offers an elegant way of dining.

From the hall there is a large modern fitted kitchen with Elm wood floor. The kitchen offers 4 ring hob and extractor fan, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer and a full range of excellent cooking implements. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a Washer and separate clothes Drying. Steps from the Kitchen leads to a small walled patio area with table and chairs for 6 and offers an excellent area for alfresco dining.
Also from the kitchen are stairs down to the cellar which offers a quirky inside ‘garden themed’ retreat for the children which has seating for five, TV and traditional board games for those wet day's.
From the hall, stairs rise to the first floor where there are 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size four poster bed and en-suite with shower and toilet. This stunning bedroom offers a romantic hide away with its four poster bed, crisp white bed linen and exotic purple soft furnishings and a TV /DVD. There is three further bedrooms, one has a king size bed with white bed linen and complimented with pastel green soft furnishing and cream painted pine wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The third bedroom offers two single beds with white bed linen, pine bedroom furniture and splashes of poppy red soft furnishings. The fourth bedroom has a single bed (+ pull out extra mattress) and pine bedroom furniture and soft furnishings in soft subtle beige tones. The roomy 1st floor accommodation, has an airy family bathroom, with a large bath, toilet, sink and separate shower. There is also a wellness room with a Sauna and large Jacuzzi bath, a perfect place to relax with Champagne for those special occasions.
Conditions
30% deposit is required 7 days after booking by cheque or bank transfer. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
The Central England / Cotswolds / Cheltenham / Gloucester region


Stow on the Wold with its interesting shops, antiques and galleries plus many fine inns and bistros is just a 3-minute drive.
There are plenty of places to visit including the historical Blenheim Palace at Woodstock and Sudeley Castle Winchcombe, which is steeped in history and was once home to Queen Katherine Parr.
Treat the whole family to a unique experience at Cotswolds Farm Park, Guiting Power and also Cotswold Wildlife Park at Burford, which offers something for the children and the garden enthusiasts as the 120 acres landscaped parkland and gardens is spectacular.
The Lower Oddington area
Visit the finest Romano-British villas in Britain, Chedworth Roman Villa at Northleach; its is also worth visiting the famous Shakespeare Houses in Stratford, which include Harvard House, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Mary Arden’s House and Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Hall Croft.
If walking is your pastime you won’t be disappointed as there are plenty of different walks to choose from. You could explore parts of the 60-mile North Cotswold’s Diamond Way or venture up the North Cotswold’s Outliers Hills near Winchcombe or discover the beautiful Seven Springs near Coberley.
For something more energetic why not hire a bike at Cotswolds Country Cycles at Chipping Campden and explore the beautiful Cotswolds villages.

From Stow take the A436 signposted Chipping Norton and keep going for about 1 mile when you will then see a right turning signposted to Upper Oddington and the Horse & Groom Pub.
Take this turning and after aprox half a mile take the first turning on the left, again you will see the Horse & Groom Pup sign.
Keep going through the village passing a Church on the right and after the Church take the first right turning into Church Lane and Eaby House is the first house on left.
