"Comfortable, well equipped apartment with fantastic views"

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house, it's seashore location makes it very easy to go to the beach which is ideal for young kids. The beach house is well equipped with everything that you need for a self catering holiday making life very easy. The house is clean, well furnished and has a lovely sun room. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal it. Would highly recommend.

"What a view, couldn't be closer to the lovely beach"

The main selling point of this place is location. It's right at the beach and has a first floor enclosed balcony (with windows that open) to enjoy the view on cooler days (we were there in February but were lucky with weather). The beach is perfect for kids, sand and rock pools. The apartment is spotless and well equipped (including small selection of toys) and stylishly decorated. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom with lovely view. 30sec walk to decent pub serving good pub meals and small shop 20 sec walk. In the car you are close to Leven and St Andrews with large supermarkets etc. Parking ok for us in February but may be trickier during busier months. Only suggestions would be a couple more cleaning products for kitchen (kitchen roll and anti bac spray etc to save buying/remembering to bring, especially if you're there for short break) and buckets and spades etc for beach in case you forget your own! Highly recommend Beach House and Lower Largo.

"Fabulous beach house, great location and beautiful home from home"

We stayed here for a long weekend with two small children and loved it. The location was amazing - right on the beach which was great for watching the waves or going onto the beach. Very handy too for Elie and the rest of the East Neuk.
The apartment itself was immaculately clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated to a much higher standard than you would expect in a holiday let.
Lots of nice extras that added to our fantastic break. Highly recommend to families and couples who want a very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings in the East Neuk.

"Total relaxation"

Spent the weekend in this lovely apartment just a stone throw away from the beach. Very modern and clean and just what i needed to unwind with my daughter and sister. The beach views are stunning and we spent most of the time sitting in the little balcony watching the tides drift in and out, wonderful! Great place to stay and a good base as St Andrews is only 10miles away.
