This self catering semi-detached 1940's house has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard, ensuring a relaxing luxurious stay is awaiting you.
The house is perfect for families or couples with a cosy but spacious feel, the inside of the property offers a classic country look with a warm pine kitchen and wooden worktops, complete with a ceramic belfast sink. The living areas offer comfortable accomodation along with all the amenities you will need, having modern facilties such as TV with DVD player and freeview.
Sleeping upto 5 people, with 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single bedroom. The bathroom is located on the first floor with shower over bath along with additional WC downstairs.
Outside the property off-road parking is provided for 2 vehicles along with a large fully enclosed garden, which is mostly laid to lawn.

Situated in the northern part of Oxfordshire and on the warwickshire border. The charming small village of Lower Brailes is positioned on the edge of Shakespeare Country and the Cotswolds, between the market towns of Shipston-on-Stour and Banbury. Reknowned for its historic parish church, St George's also known as 'The Cathedral of the Feldon'. Brailes Hill is the second highest point in Warwickshire.
The area is steeped in history, quaint country villages, spectacular scenic countryside and an abundance of attractions / activities to see and do.
The village is conveniently located to the M40 being 10 miles from the junction at Banbury and around 20 miles from the junction at Warwick or Gaydon.
The picturesque rural village of Lower Brailes is within 4 miles of the warwickshire market town of Shipston-on-Stour, making it an ideal place for touring Stratford-upon-Avon (15 miles), Chipping Campden (12 miles), Stow-on-the-Wold (15 miles) and the charming cotswold villages of Bourton-on-the-Water, Lower Slaughter, Broadway and Snowshill are within 20 miles, to name but a few.
There are excellent walks from the property and surrounding areas, including the Cotswold Way which starts at Chipping Campden. Local cycle routes and 3 golf courses with 7 miles.
During your stay why not go shopping in some of the most prettiest historic market towns or you might like to travel further a field to the Spa towns of Cheltenham or Leamington Spa, or perhaps the famous University City of Oxford. Or take in a play at the nearby Stratford-upon-Avon RSC Theatre.
