Indoor Living: Villa Akasa Segara is a 2,800 square foot (260 square meters) beach front bungalow that comfortably sleeps five with; two air-conditioned bedrooms and den, two en suite bathrooms, a comfy living room, a spacious dining room, a cook’s kitchen and a guest bathroom. The Asian-contemporary interior design features crisp linen-white walls and dark chocolate-brown teak doors & trim, voluminous ceilings, ample windows and French doors, and cool creamy tile flooring throughout. The custom designed furniture was handmade of teak harvested from sustainable forests of Java then expertly finished near Ubud, Bali.
Outdoor Living: The year-around warm tropical climate of Bali invites daily outdoor living. The covered veranda offers a wide shaded area to enjoy the balmy sea-breezes and the endless scenery. Take every meal al fresco at the generous dining table that will seat eight. Relax in the lounge area that features two deep-cushioned club chairs and a dreamy daybed to soak up the shoreline views or catch a quick nap.
Poolside: The sunny pool terrace is covered in smooth Bali sandstone and has multi-positioned teak chaise longue for basking in the sun. The private infinity-edge swimming pool is a refreshing oasis great for swimming laps or merely cooling-off. The Villa Grounds keeper tends to the proper maintenance of the pool daily to ensure continual enjoyment. Poolside sits the Bale Bengnong (Balinese Gazebo) a shaded platform to enjoy views; of the Bali Sea, the beach, the pool, the tropical gardens or stunning sunsets. The Bale Bengong is the perfect place for a luxurious Balinese massage with the soothing sound of the waves lapping at the shore and the warm gentle wind wafting by.

Kamar Kaja means, ‘room toward the mountain’ it has double French doors that open to the north garden where the beautiful water garden, featured at the main entry, reveals the amazing sight of exotic water lilies and the soothing trickle of water from the fountain.
Both bedrooms feature; private electronic controlled air-conditioning, a custom-crafted King-sized bed of solid teak with graceful Ming-style legs and tall padded headboard, solid teak night stands and an oversized armoire with plenty of storage room for personal effects with ample hanging and shelf space. The beds are fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and draped with romantic sheers to invite a dreamy slumber.
Kamar Kelod has an en suite bathroom with a double vanity sinks and deep soaking tub with a European spray shower hose. Adjoining is the sanctuary of a private retreat in the Den or the convenience of a junior Guest Suite. A state-of-the-art, self-programming electronic safe is secured inside the Armoire of Kamar Kelod.
Kamar Kaja enjoys an en suite bathroom with a raised sink bowl and European fixtures, a glass-block wall concealing a step-in tiled shower.
Adjoining Den or Guest Suite The Den serves as a comfortable air conditioned haven; to plan an itinerary, to accommodate a single guest, or remain the private sanctuary for Kamar Kelod via the en suite bathroom.

Term and Conditions: Villa Akasa Segara is a private beach front property that sleeps up to five people for holiday rental with a minimum stay of one week. Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the grounds, Villa, and swimming pool, as well as, electricity, hot & cold water and the inclusive complimentary services.
Reservations
To secure a holiday reservation a 25% deposit of the rental fee is required. Of this deposit 10% of the rental fee converts to a refundable damage deposit which is returned in the manor it was sent; provided all terms of the rental agreement are satisfied. All parties will receive a rental agreement to read, sign and return prior to arrival. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Alterations to confirmed reservations are permitted; subject to availability and approval.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date will incur 10% retention of rental fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 25% of the rental fee.
Payments
All payments are made in US Dollars and transactions are administered via PayPal prior to arrival. Any refunds, including damage deposit, will be issued within 30 days in the same format they were received
Documentation All parties are to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. The Indonesian Government requires all guests to register with the local Tourist Police and provide a copy of a valid passport. Registration is provided at the Villa by the Property Manager; a guest provided photocopy of the passport identification page will expedite this procedure. Liability Owner or agent reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. Owner or agent will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion with respect to accommodation or packages including any substitutions. Owner or agent disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage as well as injury including death sustained by any person while at Villa Akasa Segara, or while engaged in any Villa Package activity, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of owner, agents or employees.
Conditions
• Children may require added parental attention as property, pool and home are not “child-proofed” in anyway. Child care services can be arranged at private expense. • Smoking is prohibited indoors. • All guests, friends, visitors must be registered with the Property Manager. • DVD player and monitor are provided with an assortment of DVDs; no televised programming.
