Bird life is abundant, and you may catch a glimpse of our resident Barn Owl. Walkers and birdwatchers will love the coastal nature reserves which are close by. Seal pups can be seen on the beaches in autumn and the Marsh Orchids in the early summer are spectacular.

Further details indoors: Barn Owl is a sympathetic conversion of a large traditional barn with many of the original features retained. The family sized accommodation (sleeps 4-5) comprises a well equipped kitchen and open plan dining and sitting area, which is both spacious and comfortable.
The ground floor bathroom has a bath and a shower. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor mezzanine landing which provides the following sleeping arrangements, one double room with a separate partitioned area for an additional single make-up bed and one twin bedroom.
Barn Owl as its own private patio, with picnic table, chairs and bar-b-que- sit and enjoy the views of the open countryside and the Louth Canal. You may be fortunate enough to catch a view of our resident Barn Owl. Parking is available immediately next to the barn.
The charming cottages have retained the character of their agricultural heritage. They are well equipped and comfortable. The Local facilities are excellent, with 3 pubs and a cafe serving good food, and a village shop within three miles.
There is a shared utility room with laundry facility, tourist information, books, games and a toilet. Children are very welcome - there is a grassy games area where they can play safely. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Further details outdoors: For those wanting livelier entertainment the resorts of Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes are nearby. The Louth Canal offers opportunities for fishing and walking along the Tow Path Walk. Canal Farm is on the Lincolnshire Cycle Route.
Further afield for day trips are the city of Lincoln, the Humber Bridge, The National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, and many more other interesting visitor attractions; information about these will be provided for you.
