Avalon is a stunning villa that will appeal to any client who craves a high quality retreat with all the mod cons of comfort. Nestled in the hills above Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura, once the large gates are closed, you cannot help but switch off from the rest of the world. Beautifully furnished throughout, each room individually finished. The upper floor of this villa is the living space and the lower floor is given to the bedrooms.

A rustic kitchen with all modern appliances leads into a formal dining room, the dining room seats 8-10 and opens to the upper veranda, linking all the south facing rooms together from the outside. From the dining room is the snug room offering sumptuous sofas and large plasma.

The snug room opens to the central atrium offering views south over the pool and countryside below. Immediately outside on the veranda is a sheltered terrace with outdoor chairs and sofa perfect for evening sunsets over a G&T.

There is a large living room accessed from either the atrium or the veranda, again facing south and east it provides an alternative place to gaze out over the gardens and enjoy the views at sunset. Leading off from the living room is a small reading room and study.

The lower floor offers 4 bedrooms - the 4 rooms are split by the atrium and are accessed by a vestibule / dressing area for families. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom again accessed from the private hallway. All bedrooms are south facing opening onto the gardens and pool. The 5 & 6 bedrooms are accessed via the atrium and share a bathroom.

A separate one bed studio apt with living room, kitchen and en-suite is available on request but not included in the rental rates stated please contact for details and availability.
