Home description

Villa Branca Da Serra is located only 1km from the pretty market town of Loulé where there are many shops and restaurants. Outside, a terraced area with BBQ leads to the pool with plenty of room for sunbathing. A variety of shrubs and bougainvilleas provide colour to the gardens.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a comfortable corner suite, log burning stove, dining table and chairs and doors leading onto a large terrace area. The main double bedroom, which leads onto a beautiful sunny terrace with panoramic views of the countryside, a twin bedroom, also with large terrace area, and shower room are located upstairs.

A third bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. Outside the villa has a bougainvillea covered terrace housing a table and chairs with BBQ, which leads to the private and secluded pool with sun loungers and reclining chairs. The front garden is laid to lawn with mature palm trees. The villa has security shutters, outside lighting and its own driveway.

The Algarve region

The Villa has easy access to the motorway making exploring other areas of the Algarve very accessible and is minutes away from all main routes to the Algarve, Lisbon and Spain. The nearest airport is Faro, just a 10 minute drive.

We would suggest hiring a car to make the most of your holiday and can recommend a hire company at very reasonable rates.


Loule area

Villa Branca da Serra is just a 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Loulé, where you can stroll around the narrow streets and visit the Medieval Castle and city wall to really discover Portuguese life. There is a large supermarket and many shops and restaurants. Discover a typical Portuguese market, selling the best fresh fruit, the daily fish catch, and the best local craftsmanship in leather, brass, copper and clay.

Spacious villa with secluded mature front garden. Ample parking with driveway along the side of the Villa. A terrace area is situated to the front. The lounge/dining area has a corner shaped sofa, sliding doors leading onto the front terrace, TV with satellite, dining table seating 6 and log burning stove. The well equipped kitchen has a door leading to rear terrace/BBQ and pool area. Bedroom 3 with twin beds located on the ground floor with window overlooking rear terrace. Bathroom also on ground floor.

Landing area to 1st floor has door leading to large terrace to the front. Main bedroom with double bed has fitted wardrobe and sliding doors onto large sunny rear terrace with views over the hills. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted mirrored wardrobes and slidiing doors onto large front terrace. Shower room also on 1st floor.

Further details outdoors:
To the front of the villa is an attractive mature garden with driveway to the side and access to the rear. The pool area is secluded with a terrace/BBQ and outside seating.


Further details

Maid service is once during the week and on changeover day ensuring high standards of cleanliness. All linen and towels are provided except pool/beach towels. Towels are exchanged at the end of each week, bedlinen changed weekly. Pool service weekly.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Deposit of 30% by sterling cheque or bank transfer is required to secure the booking. Payment in full + £400 returnable damages deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
