Very spacious villa set in the peaceful hills above the historic bustling market town of Loule with genuinely spectacular views over rolling countryside to the Ocean at Quinta Do Lago. The villa is on a 5,000m2 plot and has lovely terraced gardens, water features, fruit, olive & almond trees, lawn & mature trees providing shade.
The large 10 x 5 m swimming pool is complemented by the superb covered BBQ area for those long relaxing lunches out of the midday sun.
Ideal for a varied party or family, the villa boasts a unique games room with full-size snooker table, table tennis, darts, trampoline and bar area while the extended space ensures peace & quiet and relaxation for those who want it. The master bedroom suite has a private 20 square metre roof terrace with spectacluar panoramic views.
Our many regularly returning visitors cite the feeling of space as a key part of their enjoyment. Whether your choice is soaking up the sun with a good book, or using the villa's mountain bikes to explore the surrounding hillside is up to you. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
The large master bedroom suite comprising the entire top floor includes a dressing area, and the bedroom has patio doors opening on to a superb private 20 sq metre sun terrace with oustanding views. The en suite bathroom has double basins, separate shower and bath, toilet, bidet.
The main floor includes entrance hall, cloakroom, substantial sitting/dining room which is very comfortably furnished with log-burning fire, Sky on 50" TV (inc Sports & Movies), DVD & CD music systems. Glass sliding doors lead onto a large 12m long balcony terrace with fantastic ocean views & overlooking the pool.
Modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & breakfast bar.
The vast fully equipped games room has a bar area, to complement the full size snooker table, as well as darts board and table tennis table. The villa is a genuine family home and has a varied collection of paperbacks, board games, chess, backgammon, poker chips, plus an extensive library of DVDs and CDs for your use during your stay.

The private gardens have an abundance of fruit trees including oranges, lemons and limes, plus almond trees, olive trees and an array of truly beautiful flowers.
The covered BBQ area next to the pool is ideal for taking some time out for lunch or an informal dinner. The double barbecue itself is huge - you could literally roast a pig!. The table seats 8-10 in comfort, and the area has its own fridge and sink.
The pool area also inlcudes its own shower and WC.

The Algarve is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations with 300 days of sunshine each year and excellent sandy beaches. There are a variety of other attractions to make for a special holiday. From family fun such as the nearby water parks, go-karting, and horse riding through to the traditional Portuguese towns like Monchique and Tavira, there is loads to suit all tastes. And of course, the numerous golf courses inlcude some of Europe's finest.
There is a wide variety of fantastic food throughout the area - choose sophisticated international dining in the exclusive resorts of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the Vilamoua marina, or authentic Portuguese cuisine including mouth-watering seafood.
The Loule area
Nearby Loule is a bustling traditional market town just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport.
The town centre boasts numerous boutiques as well as modern supermarkets for everyday convenience. The colourful daily local food market in centre of town really comes to life on Saturay morning with all manner of local produce, leather goods and clothes.
There are lots of restaurants in Loule and Almancil serving genuine local specialities and seafood providing really excellent value. In addition, the vast number of eating options near the coast are all within 15 minutes - everything from Michelin standard international cuisine to Argentinian, Indian, Chinese or Thai !!
As the capital of the central Algarve, Loule hosts spectacular Carnivals in Spring and August, and music festivals, dance festivals and other arts events throughout the year. The beaches at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are 20 minutes by car. Water Parks and Zoomarine dolphin show a short drive away, and of course the world famous golf courses of the Algarve are all.
Loule is an excellent base form which to explore the entire Algarve. Nowhere is more than an hour's drive - even the most westerly point at Sagres. The cultural centres of Tavira and Monchique are just a short drive, as are some of the more secluded beaches to the West of Albufeira which are well worth a visit.

We have visited Casa da Vista Magica four times now and always have a wonderful time there. The villa is ideally located just a 1km from Loule, which has fantastic restaurants, but in a quiet, rural setting with breathtaking views from the long balconys on each floor. The villa is huge, spread over three floors with a large swimming pool, garden and games room with bar, full sized snooker table and table tennis. There is plenty of space and plenty to do at the villa - we did'nt want to leave! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to go back again, as it is a wonderful holiday for families. |

The villa was perfect; cleanliness, comfort and villa maintainance were all superb. The villa provided plenty of entertainment for the whole family which consisited of 6 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 9, due to the comfort of the villa and the beautiful grounds we all had a wonderfully relaxing break and would all like to return in the future!!! The owner was very forth coming in advance with local information and advice which was very helpful and appreciated (his directions to the villa and restraunt recommendations were brilliant) Car required as its a 10 minuite drive to the nearest town, Loule. Strongly recommend this villa for a wonderful family holiday |
