The villa has a Living-dining room with air conditioning. The livingroom is centred around the fireplace with views into the garden through the large galss doors. There is an modern open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk through closet which end in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed on the groundfloor and through designer steps on a kind of loft area/ mezzanine a big double bed. The outside are has large terraces just outside the livingroom and kitchen. The pool is not too big but great for kids to play in and cool of in after a day at the beach.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Eastern Algarve is relatively unspoilt and retains a great deal of the traditional Portuguese way of life. The area abounds in nature reserves, natural pine forests and conservation areas allowing birds & nature to flourish. North of the villa is an area of outstanding natural beauty alongside the Guadiana river, past the great dams of Beliche and Odeleite and on up to Alcoutim. Here can be found artisans still practising the ancient techniques of crafts such as blanket weaving, shawl & lace making, and straw hat & basket weaving. Nearby and to the west is the pretty town of Tavira, with its castle and a multitude of churches, now enjoying renewed prosperity from tourism and fishing. The local beaches are "to die for" and yet are so uncommercialised, apart from the welcome existence of the occasional restaurant, positioned right on the sands, serving local, freshly-caught fish and seafood.
Loule area
Moncarapacho / Loule is about 10 mins from Fuzeta beach, where a host of boats ferry visitors on a 5-min. boat ride out to delightful lagoon beaches. Pedras del Rei, some 20 mins drive has a little train to take you the one km. ride to the lagoon beach where gold
