The Algarve region
The ALgarve region The Algarve has about 100 miles of glorious sandy beaches and many have been awarded the EC Blue Flag. The weather is kind too.and the sun shines more than 300 days of the year.The Algarve is renowned for its golf courses at Quinta do Lago,Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura,all accessible with a 20min drive of the villa.There are excellen waterparks close by for children and good shopping in the new malls at Faro,Loule and Guia.
Loule area
Loule is a bustling market town with many good restaurants in and around it. The fruit , vegetable and fish market is open every day except Sunday. Handpainted pottery,baskets and other locally produced items are also sold. On Saturday the gypsy market is a major tourist attraction.There are many excellent restaurants serving a mixture of local and international food.

The closest airport is Faro. In addition to Airportugal and British Airways,cheap flights available from Easyjet and some charter companies.The villa is about 20 minutes drive from the Airport faro
