Our villa is perfect for discerning families and friends looking for an extremely private luxurious holiday, in a modern extremely well equipped 5 star villa. The property took 2 years to build to our design and we have been adding the finishing touches since it's completion in December of 2007. The villa is very much our home from home with all the mod cons you would expect and due to business travel commitments throughout 2011 we have decided to make our beautiful property available for holiday lettings.
Nestled in the hilltops over looking Loule the villa benefits from professionally landscaped & well maintained grounds and a large heated pool. The formal gardens lead down the hill to a completely secure wire fenced area of over 2 acres of fruit trees and scrub. The property offers quiet seclusion in complete luxury surroundings with large gardens boasting 180 degree sea views and incredible sunsets; the perfect setting to escape to and indulge yourself, your family and friends.
The property consists of 4 very large and airy bedrooms all with separate dressing areas, en-suite bathrooms and private balconies on the 1st floor and direct access to the pool terrace on the ground floor.

Description of the bedrooms and rooms provided below:

- Cream bedroom, king size double bed, pool terrace access, door to dressing area and through to en-suite with bath and shower, 2 bowl sink .
- 1st floor bedroom to left with large dressing area, through to large bedroom with 3 single beds and room for baby cot if required, access to private balcony overlooking the pool area. En-suite with completely enclosed shower.
- Master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area, large private balcony with table and chairs. En-suite with large raised circular Jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower, 2 bowl sinks.
- Large lounge area with huge reclining sofas and plenty of space to relax, large enclosed log fire and 38" LCD TV with Sky +, DVD, Internet Access doors leading to pool terrace.
- Separate dining area with very large dining table and plenty of room for entertaining.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you would expect to be included with a luxury property.
- Basement with running machine, bench press, free weights and stereo for iPods.

There are plenty of outdoors well lit areas to eat, including a large dining terrace and gas BBQ and patio heater (Though we have never needed it!)
There is an additional charge of £150 per week for pool heating.
Central heating is included in the rental price for winter breaks.
This property is suitable for those looking to get away in total privacy. Other than the local restaurant you will need a car to go to supermarkets, beaches etc therefore it is not suitable for anyone that does not want to drive. We know an english speaking licensed driver very well, who can be booked for evenings, trips, airport transfers etc etc.
Our villa will be cleaned with linen and towel change every week and the grounds and pool are maintained to a very high standard at all times.
The Algarve region
The Algarve is the most popular holiday destination within Portugal. It has a wonderful climate, with pretty much year round sunshine although winter temperatures are lower (normally around 17 - 20 degrees centigrade). The area has many beautiful beaches, towns and places of historical interest. The beautiful mountains of Monchique are also well worth a visit. The vibrant city of Lisbon is around two and a half hours drive away. The food is great, as are the people. There is alot to do with many international standard golf courses, fishing, dolphin safaris, water sports, horse riding, hiking, water parks, a zoo etc etc etc.
Casa Garonga is only 25 minutes from Faro airport and the beautiful beaches of the Algarve are only 15 minutes drive. There are excellent restaurants nearby with plenty of other eateries in Loule which is only 5 minutes drive. Loule town is rich in history with it's famous Saturday food market and well known carnivals, concerts and cultural events throughout the year. The Algarves designer shops of Quinta do Lago and famous restaurants in and around Vale do Lobo are only 20 minutes drive. The large shopping centres in Faro and Guia and the Algarves new motor race circuit (Autodromo internacional algarve) are all in easy reach. Given the perfect central location of our property in the Algarve, there are plenty of Golf courses on offer.

"Secluded, picturesque, just perfect!"
We stayed here in Mid September with my wife, two small children and retired parents.
We were met nearby to the villa by a friendly English speaking contact who led us to the villa and showed us all the facilites.
The first impression when driving in is wow. The exterior and interior finish is of the highest standards, with modern appliances and user friendly controls for air con, wifi etc.
Two large bedrooms upstairs, one with 3 single beds (perfect for the kids) with an ensuite and a master bedroom with a stunning Jacuzzi bath, shower and ensuite. Both have breathtaking views to the sea in the horizon.
Downstairs two further very large double bedrooms with ensuites one with a shower/bath and the other with another jacuzzi bath.
The main lounge is spacious with comfortble sofas, Sky TV and sliding doors with views to the pool and seav view.
Separate dining room with seating for 8 and large kitchen with all mod cons etc.
Ther are plenty of loungers, kids buckets/inflatables, two dining tables and most importantly a large gas barbecue that we used every day to cook dinner. The pool was of a good size.
You definately need a hire car to get around, we used the guide that was in the appartment to find beaches etc and 'Trafal' beach was by far the best beach we have been to for a long time. It was mainly occupied by locals and expats and as such it was very quiet with great facilites. Probably a 20 minute drive away so not too bad.
There were several supermarkets nearby, about a 7-10 minute drive to the local town of Loule.
If you want complete privacy and are happy to self cater then this is by far a brilliant place to holiday. Get your shopping done every few days then sit back and relax.
The town is close enough to go out for dinner (although we didn't) and the beaches aren't that far. There is also a very large Aqua park nearby if you fancy something different.
It took us approximately 25 minutes from Faro airport so a very easy drive.
This is the perfect place to get away from everything. The owner was brilliant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her.

"Wonderful Villa, Stunning views"

I am really pleased that you had such a great time and that the villa and facilities lived up to your expectations.
I just wanted to apologise for the fact that the treadmill wasn't working. The first that I knew about it was reading it in your review! Unfortunately, it turned out that the base was completely cracked and broken beyond repair but we have now replaced it with a brand new (and slightly better!) machine. We also did not intend to mislead in the description of the gym equipment, it is not a fully equipped gymnasium purely treadmill and bench press with a few weights. I will edit the adverts are edited to make sure this is clear.
I am also sorry that the pool lights were not working - again this had not been previously reported and has now been rectified.
Again, I am sorry that these things happened during your stay - I'm glad it didn't affect your enjoyment too much.

"Stunning villa, amazing views"
Casa Garonga is an amazing villa set in a fantastic position looking out towards the sea. Close to all amenities yet set in a secluded position. The villa itself is decorated to a high standard with everything you could wish for, we made good use of the pool which was great to have the option of heating it. Overall we had a fantastic time and would love to go back.

"lovely location with great views and a very well equipped spacious villa"
Good size plot and garden with fantastic panoramioc views. A well sized pool which was great for swimming but you should consider heating the pool if you are not staying in the height of summer..
A modern, well furnished and equipped villa with very good sized en suite bedrooms all with plenty of wardrobe space.
Loule had plenty of good supermarkets. The few restaurants served basic well cooked food but the town was not a gastronomic oasis.
The gas bbq was a real bonus for us not having to bother with charcoal and was put to frequent use.
It was good to be able to use the garage space to keep the car cool.
All things considered a great holiday and a villa we would highly recomend and return to.

"Top quality villa"
The pictures posted on this site don't do the villa justice it so much nicer. The furnishing are top quality, bedding, couches, tables and chairs, sun-lounges etc. The kitchen is fully equipped a true home away from home (you don't need to bring anything with you). Two huge bedrooms up and two down, all very large all with en-suites.
The pool was used extensively by us as was the gas BBQ. The villa is off the beaten track so very very private, pool area totally secluded, there is easy access to greater Loule for shopping and restaurants (about a 10 minute drive). A hire car is definitely recommended for this location. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes drive away, directions provided on maps inside the welcome book as are valuable contact information including an English speaking cab driver, other information on where to go and what to do.
It's a deep pool so heating made the swimming much more comfortable, there is no safety fence so you'll need to constantly supervise kids if they are outdoors. Beach towels were also provided which helps keep the luggage down. Cleaners came through twice a week linen and towels changed each time.
The night time views are fabulous with effective views from Faro to Albufeira; we would be back there in a heart beat if we could.
