Chez Renoret is a country cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, woodburner, new wet-room style bathroom, spacious bedroom and a large secluded garden.

The bedroom is located upstairs at the front of the house overlooking the garden. It is a spacious room with wooden floorboards and warm fluffy rugs! The bedroom includes: A queen-size double bed, Lots of storage space including a double wardrobe and shelves, Room for a spare bed and/or a cot which are also both provided.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region

Chez Renoret is situated in Côtes d'Armor region, Brittany - one of France's most rugged and untouched regions which offers a fascinating mix of spectacular rocky coastlines, ancient towns, mystical islands and forests.

The Loudeac / Plemet area

Towns and villages of interest
Josselin. This is a beautiful medieval town on the River Oust situated 30 minutes south of Chez Renoret. The town features a majestic château with an excellent town square that offers many restaurants and cafes overlooking the Basilica de Notre Dame du Roncier.

Rennes. Rennes is the capital of Brittany and is located in the East. With its historic centre featuring colourful, medieval buildings, a magnificent park (with a formal French garden, orangerie, rose garden, aviary) on 10 hectares of land and a lively nightlife Rennes is certainly not to be missed.

St Malo. The main attraction of St Malo is the old town. The city walls were heavily bombed during WWII but have since been completely restored to an impressive standard. Visitors can walk all the way around the old town on top of the walls or enjoy the sea air by taking a stroll along the beach. Inside the walls there are a wide range of shops to be browsed and restaurants to be sampled.

Dinan. The atmospheric 13th century Dinan is located in the North-East of Brittany and could easily be combined with a visit to St Malo. It is a well-restored and preserved, walled medieval town complete with imposing ramparts, towers and a castle which should be enjoyed at a leisurely pace interspersed with visits to the plentiful café's and restaurants.

The cottage is located in Central Brittany just one hour from St Malo and Roscoff and from the local airports of Rennes and Dinard.

BY PLANE

BY CAR

If you are coming via ferry from England the drive from St Malo or Roscoff takes less than two hours.

Roscoff to Chez Renoret. 100 miles
Dinard Airport to Chez Renoret. The distance from Dinard Airport is 47 miles and takes about an hour.
Rennes Airport to Chez Renoret. 52 miles 1 hour 15.

BY BUS

“Enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.” This is a lovely place to stay. It is quiet and peaceful. The local town of Plemet has a very good supermarket which caters for most needs. There are a couple of cafes/bars and a Tabac for those who smoke. The larger town of Loudeac has a larger selection of shops with at least 4 large supermarkets. There are also numerous cafes/bars. All in all it was an enjoyable holiday.
