Holiday cottage for 2 to 8 persons. surface : 160m2 + Private Terrace of 100 m2 at the heart of the village. In one of the most beautiful villages of France : LOUBRESSAC situated near the Regional Natural reserve of limestone plateaus of quercy, near Rocamadour and near the Abyss of Padirac and dominating the Dordogne's valley.

Roland's house, rustic and medieval, fitted out and restored in the respect for the local architecture and for the modern comfort, welcomes you for your stays all year long. It is situated between the castle and the church of the village.

The exposed terrace full Southwest will allow you to live happy moments without face to face at the heart of this medieval village; it is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, ferronnée pergola covered by one of the biggest and older vine stocks of the village which testifies of the wine-making past of the village, today unfortunately past over.

20 km of Rocamadour, 6 km of Padirac, 4 km of the valley of the Dordogne.

Close to numerous places of interest.

8 km of St Céré's golf, 12 km of the casino of Alvignac.

1st Floor: 1 Room with 1 bed of 140cm, big lounge (sofa of supplement) and diner room opened on the terrace of 100m2, American kitchen, toilets.2nd Floor: 1 big mansard-roofed and bright room with an alcove and its bed of 140cm, a corner for the children with 2 beds of 90cm, a cordner with a Lounge, a corner with a desk, and 1 mezzanine with 2 beds of 90cm. Bathroom with big bathtub and shower and fantastic view over the valley of the “Bave”. Possibility of rent of linen and housework at the end of stay.

Welcome animals. Provision of the holiday cottage : in the daytime of arrival from 4:00 pm in the day of departure 10 am. Easy parking in the village.

Surplombant les vallées de la Dordogne, de la Cère et de la Bave, la cité médiéval de Loubressac dresse sur son promontoire son château, son église et les toits de ses maisons coiffés de belles tuiles brunes. « Si Montal est capable de loger un roi, Loubressac possède une des plus belles vues du royaume » écrivait Savinien d'Alquié en 1670. Et c'est vrai que le panorama que propose du haut de ses murs, le vieux village fortifié est splendide ! De ce balcon du Haut-Quercy se développe du nord au sud l'un des plus harmonieux paysages de la vallée de la Dordogne : les châteaux de Turenne, Castelnau, Saint-Laurent, Montal, la ville de Saint-Céré et les premiers contreforts du Massif central. En plus de cela, Loubressac dispose également de richesses intrinsèques.

Loubressac

Un des plus beaux villages de France :

Ses ruelles étroites et sinueuses, ses maisons bâties en belles pierres ocres, ornées de balcons et d'escaliers fleuris ou garnis de treille et ses anciennes portes sont autant de trésors. Auxquelles il convient d'ajouter, l'église Saint Jean-Baptiste, chapelle du 13e siècle avec son Christ en majesté et ses lions en marbre rose d'origine carolingienne. Coiffées de vieilles tuiles, les maisons médiévales de pierre calcaire s'éclairent des chauds reflets du soleil. Dominée par son château sur un promontoire naturel, manoir du 15e siècle qui domine le bourg de toute sa majesté. Le village offre une large vue sur la vallée de la Dordogne et de la Bave. Tout cela fait de Loubressac une cité attachante où il fait bon vivre. Plus beau village fleuri du Lot, le village a obtenu en 1989 et 1990 le Premier Prix des villages fleuris de Midi-Pyrénées. De Loubressac partent de nombreux chemins de randonnée qui relient tous les hameaux environnants. En les sillonnant, le visiteur découvrira au hasard fontaines ou dolmens, et débouchera sur le Causse tout proche.
