There is always something to see and do here and you can walk from the property to the train station and hop off in London or Penzance without any fuss. Close to the best restaurants and pubs in town and also close to the river for those who want to try kayaking, canoeing, fishing or swimming. The golf course is only a 5 minute drive and there are great walks around Restormel Castle or the Lanhydrock Estate. Other attractions worth a look include The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tall Ships at Charlestown, Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more.

Kitchen/diner: open-plan with large table, feature oak beams and well-equipped with gas range cooker and electric combi/microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing line in the boiler room on the top floor suitable for drying and airing. Outside: although the property has no garden, the park and riverside BBQ areas are only a 2 minute walk away. Barbecue utensils and charcoal are available for your convenience to use at these facilities. Amenities: parking spaces and roadside parking in Quay Street close to the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity central heating, and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional information: Take a piece of your holiday home with you as many items in the apartment are available to purchase. This property has two staircases and therefore the owners feel it is not suitable for babies or children under 8 years old.
