The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Bathroom: Shower cubicle with electric shower, w.c and sink.
The Barn has one spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes.Wayton barn provides ample parking facilities with a paved sun patio to the front of the barn. At the back of the property there is an enclosed private garden with seating area and the use of a barbeque.

Saturday changeover with property vacated by 11am and new arrivals after 3pm.
Guests greeted at cottage on arrival for key hand over.

The Lostwithiel / West Taphouse area
An ideal Touring base with most of Cornwall and some of Devon within an hours drive.
As a guide:
Looe/Polperro - 12 miles. A very popular tourist area with good beach, quaint harbours, excellent walks, novelty shops, fishing.
Lostwithiel - 4 miles. an historic little town set on the River Fowey. Antique shops, restaurants, pubs, excellent golf club, Restormel Castle, salmon fishing.
Bodmin Moor - 4 miles. Excellent walks and the famous Jamaica Inn.
Lerryn - 4 miles. Picturesque little village set on an inlet of the River Fowey. Lovely woodland walks, good pub, an area popular with locals.
Fowey - 8 miles. Set at the mouth of the River Fowey, very popular in high season.
Lanhydrock House & Gardens - 3 miles. Very popular with locals and visitors alike. Their cream teas are excellent.
Eden Project - 7 miles. Cornwall’s latest major attraction.
Lost Gardens of Heligan - Tall ships at Charlestown. Both an easy drive.
North Cornwall beaches, Newquay/Padstow - approx. 40 minutes.
Plymouth City - 30 minutes
Dartmoor - 30 minutes.
Your hosts are local to the area and will be only too pleased to recommend places of interest or that good pub or restaurant for an evening meal.

This place is a real find and you wont be disappointed. Its lovely and surrounded by a beautiful well kept garden. We loved this place as it has everything you could want, a real home from home plus your own private garden. It was also spotlessly clean and the people renting it out are really lovely and welcoming. We visited a lot of lovely place, Fowey is lovely, the pub The Lugger has great food, if you love fish try their mussles! Padstow is beautiful and has a great bicycle route called the Camel trail. In Lostwithel, The kings Arms pub has folk music on a sunday night, the village has free parking which is refreshing! Polperro is beautiful and unique and Looe is more commercial but good for shopping. We experienced a lot more and wanted to stay longer to experience more beautiful places but holiday was over to soon! In all we did coming back to Wayton Barn at the end of the day made our holiday.
