About the home

It is our aim to ensure your stay at Villa George is a memorable one. Villa George is situated in a very select area and just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants, bars supermarkets, and just a few minutes drive from probably some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja and Guardamar, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from being close to the village of Los Montesinos.
Leading from the main bedroom is a spacious terrace, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double bedrooms both with en suite, and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, private, secure and safe, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Entering the villa from the front terrace you will come in to a large modern lounge with two chairs and a sofa, feature fireplace, TV + full satellite package with 35 channels, video, radio, and fully air conditioned/heating. Leading from the lounge is a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, Washer, iron & ironing board.There are three spacious bedrooms one leading from the lounge and the other two on the first floor all have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a walk in shower on the ground floor, and a family bathroom with toilet & wash basin on the first floor. The master bedroom has double doors open on to the large south facing sun terrace, from the first floor there are stairs leading to a very large solarium, with table, chairs and sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Separate towels for use by the pool or on the beach.

Villa George is ideally situated close to the popular village of Los Montesinos, just a short drive away and between Torrevieja and Guardamar Del Segura, and with 340 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees. Torrevieja's biggest attraction is without doubt its seafront. The promenade, the marina, the fine sandy beaches and numerous rocky coves provide something for everyone - the sports enthusiasts, the sun worshippers, the people watchers and the nature lovers.
Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.
Los Montesinos has everything within walking distance, butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker
The historical City of Elche, the leather capital of the Costa Blanca is less than 30 minutes drive.
Los Montesinos is ideally situated for the holidays it is very close to beaches, golf courses, shopping etc this is truly for those wanting a family holiday full of activities, or those wanting a romantic relaxing holiday. The village still retains its character of typical Spanish life, the fiestas are amazing, and the locals make you feel welcome. Susan and myself Garry live in this village and we can only speak highly of it.
