You are ideally situated for eather a good family holiday or for that quiet peaceful relaxing holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Southern Costa Blanca "White Coast" has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the healthiest climate in the World. This is created by the combination of a constant year round warm temperature and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now the concervation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel". There is something for everyone on the White Coast, from simply relaxing around the pool or lazing on one of the beautiful sandy beaches in the area to walking, golfing or shopping. The children will be very happy too, with water parks close by, you could take a picnic and have a fabulous day out. Torrevieja offers a wide range of leisure activities and night entertainment, including an aqua park, bowling alley, casino, sports complex, also boosting with restaurants, shops and stunning seafront promenade, beaches and marina.
Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
The La Herrada complex has a big supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa. An Irish Pub, Pizzeria, restaurant, bazar, heardressers and a beauty salon. The urbanisation of La Herrada is approximately 20 minutes walk from a typical Spanish town of Los Montesinos and surraunded by mile upon mile of orange and lemon groves. The main hub of the town is centred around the town square, where local markets with bargings, fiestas and celebrations take place. There are a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach Guardamar is a short 10 min drive away. This is one of our favourite beaches, uncommercialised, blue sea, and miles of white sand, what more could you wish!

Both Murcia and Alicante airports are just a short distance drive away from Los Montesinos. Murcia airport - approx 25 mins drive. Alicante airport - approx 40 mins drive.

Further details indoors: Our spacious villa is over 3 levels with the large (36 sk m) solarium. The master bedroom has a patio doors into a large (15 sk m) terrace, ideal for morning coffee while reading news papers. The property is very well equipped and very well maintained. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The ceiling fans are in a lounge and a main bedroom. Weekly rental includes all bed linen, bath and hand towels for each guest. You only need to bring your own beach towels. Smoking in outside areas please. Thank you.
