Fully equipped for the family holiday or couples who want a quite relaxing stay, with access to local amenities Supermarket, bars and restaurants and internet shop within walking distance including children's parks, salt lakes and the typical spanish village of Montesinos. Local Market every friday evening, the town square is the main meeting place for the village and its lovely to soak up the spanish way of life over a cool drink.

Kitchen with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable including all utentsils enough crockery for 12 places, kettle, toaster microwave and dishwasher.
Relax by the pool or venture out to the many attractions, or for the more sporty there is golf (la finca is 10 mins away) there are total of 5 golf courses within easy reach, horseriding, watersports, cycling, bowling, more sedate days could take you to the salt lakes to watch the wildlife (especially if you like flamingo's) .

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca is well known for its fantastic climate with over 300 days of sunshine each year and the Torrevieja area is recommended by the World Health Organisation for its benefits to Health.
You might like to visit the natural salt lakes or one of the many fishing villages dotted along the coast. You could venture up into the mountains for a change of scene you will find many traditional village. Or lounge the day away at one of the many Blue Flag beaches along the coast the nearest being Guadamar with miles of golden sand and then you could visit the day or night time markets. One of our personal favourites is Santa Pola - Castle of Santa Pola - you can visit the island of Tabarca via a glass bottom boat.
Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
Torrevieja is approx 10 min dirve you will find a waterpark, lovely beachs, promenade and of course numerous shops, cafes and bars. Montesinos itself is a typical spanish town with a lovely town square with many cafes and bars where you can wile away the day, shop or chat with the locals, this is especially nice out of season or if you prefer some time away from the typical holiday towns of Torrvieja. Within a couple of minutes walk you will find a well stocked supermarket, bars and a restaurant. There are also several playgrounds within a couple of min walk. The area is very flat so ideal for walking or pushing a buggy!
How to get there
Our villa is in the village of Los Montesinos which is about 35 min drive south from Alicante or 30 Mins north of Murcia Airport. Well stocked supermarket 3 min walk where there are also local bars and restaurants 10-15 stroll or 5 min drive into Montesinos there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants. Close to several excellent golf courses.
Locally you will find, waterparks, bike hire, nature reserves, horse riding, quad bikes, crazy golf, water sports, country walks, just about everything you would like to do on holiday..

Please note this is a non smoking villa, of course you may smoke outside but please don't smoke inside the villa as our daughter has asthma and it is unpleasant for other guests.
Conditions
£50 non-returnable deposit required plus £100 returnable damages deposit (returned within two weeks of holiday end). Air Conditioning/Heating Available at £25 per week or 30 euros if booked on arrival. We always provide basics for your arrival, Milk, Teabags, Coffee, Water, Sugar and Packet of Biscuits so you can have a cup of tea on your arrival this is FOC.
