This is the ground floor apartment of a two storey block. Two bedrooms, fully furnished home from home. Great patio. Easy access to local markets and only 20 mins from the bustling town of Torrevieja. This area is a golfers haven close to La Finca at Al Gorfa, Villa Martin, Campomoar and most recently, Vistabella Golf Course, built adjacent to the urbanization, right on your doorstep! 10 mins from local towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel and 15 from Rojales and Quesada which offer lots of entertainment and amenities.
Short drive from horse riding and bike hire at El Rancho. Well kept communal pool two minutes stroll away. Very friendly urbanization in peaceful location. We always enjoy returning here after a busy day. Ideal for families and golfers and those just wanting to get away from it all.

I have spent many holidays here and have tried to make it home from home, providing every thing for a comfortable stay, not just a rental property with bear essentials. There is a great patio for al fresco dining and a sunny area for sunbathers with the furniture that you'll need. Communal pool and more sunbathing area is a two minute walk just around the corner. Can sleep 6 (two twin bedded rooms and one double sofa bed) but for optimum comfort, would suggest a maximum of 4. Twin beds in each bedroom plus extra drawer space. Bath with shower over. Friendly urbanization with a couple of shops and restaurant/bars. Los Montesinos and San Miguel with more selection of night life including village square, just 10 mins drive away and local taxis available if you don't want to drive.

Its a great place to come back to after a busy day sightseeing or lazing on a beach or a challenging game of golf! Its far enough away from the concrete jungle and hustle and bustle, but within easy reach of everything. My favourite time is getting home and setting dinner out on the patio table.....the air is fresh up here and you can hear the the birds in the orange groves. After dinner, the urbanization affords some nice walks or head to one of the many golf clubs in the area to enjoy the club house facilities or to a local town for a change of scene. Each time I come home, I remember why I chose this location just enough off the beaten track to enjoy the peace, but with everything to hand.

Welcome pack of essentials can be provided for small extra charge. Bed linen and towels (inc beach towels) are provided so you don't have to pack them. Some toiletries already there too; use what you find and leave what you don't want to carry home.
NO SMOKING INSIDE the aprartment please, but no problem on the patio. Prefer no pets.
Conditions
25% of rental fee due with booking form to secure booking.
Full balance due six weeks prior to arrival date. If you break something please tell my key holder. Realise that things happen, so I can be fliexible with alternate dates if your original dates fall through and new dates are available.
Currently 40 euros fee for preparing apartment/end of holiday clean, to be paid in cash to key holder upon arrival who will take care of linen, towels wash, apartment clean etc after your departure.
Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE but ok on the patio.
Ceiling fans in each room, they are great!
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The main resorts of Torrevieja and Guardamar on the coast are only 15-20 minutes drive from the complex with the cities of Alicante and Orihuela also within easy reach. Alicante is the capital city of the province and the popular resort of Benidorm is a two hour drive away. All worth a visit and make a great day out. If you prefer not to drive, you can take one of the local coach tours. The AP7 and A7 are also within very easy reach if you want to visit farther afield. The roads are fabulous to drive! There are lots of small, typically Spanish villages for you to explore just a short drive away. Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Rojales, Al Gorfa and Quesada. I love to visit the markets in each location as well as Carrefour along the Torrevieja Road and UK high street shops at the Habanernas Mall alonside. There's a nice cafe/bar in Carrefour.
If you are a golfer, take your pick: La Finca (Algorfa Golf); Campoamor, Villa Martin; Las Ramblas, all close, not to mention La Manga and The Jack Nicklaus Trail at Hacienda Riquelme, La Torre and El Valle approx. 45 minutes drive. The nearest course is VistaBella Golf Course, built adjacent to the urbanization, right on your doorstep.
The area benefits from the salt lakes of Torrevieja which makes it one of the healthiest places in Europe. The temperature and salt concentration in the air gives the area a climate which has been recommended by health personnel all over the world. Many people use the salt lakes regularly as a health spa and you can head down to San Pedro, at the Mar Menor, and cover yourself in the healing mud there...or just watch other people doing it from the safety of a sea front bench!
Costa Blanca means white coast and the beaches are great, from large sweeping beaches to the smaller coves with crystal clear water, all along the coast and offering various water sports. For those who wish to experience other activities aside from golf, there is horse riding, cycle hire and lots of walking trails along one of the long beaches or in the countryside. There are some fun water parks too for the kids....and adults to enjoy!
The Los Montesinos / Entre-Naranjos area
Los Montesinos is the nearest village, 10 mins in the car. Easy and free parking and all the facilities that you might need including Gama supermarket, bread shop, butcher's, post office, newspapers, tabac for stamps and smoking needs, plus a traditional square holding events and fiestas at certain times of the year, which is surrounded by cafes and bars, some offering internet facilities. You can also take a coach trip from here to many destinations for great day trips or even overnight if you want a break from the driving. Coaches also depart from Rojales.
San Miguel is equal distance in the opposite direction with all of the above for a change of scene. There is a shop/mini supermarket two blocks from the apartment, which I encourage you to support and a "Johnson's" minimarket at the other end of the Urbanization. There are two pubs "The Inn on the Green" and "Él Naranjo" and now the VistaBella Golf Club; you don't have to be a member to socialise there.
** Golf Courses **
Vistabella Golf - newly opened at the top of the estate. Buggies and clubs for hire. At present there are only 11 holes open but you can play 18 by repeating some! There is a pub/restaurant inside the club house.
La Finca (Algorfa Golf Club)
Is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa, a short drive away. Buggies trolleys and clubs are available for hire.
Villamartin Golf Club
Founded in 1972, ‘Villamartin’ has grown in fame to become one of the most popular & highly esteemed golf courses in Spain. On the complex there is a club house, shops, restaurants, bars, banks, tennis courts, swimming pools and close by a horse riding stable. 10 minutes from Torrevieja town centre.
Golf Campoamor
Is situated between Torrevieja and San Miguel. This 18 hole course is a good all round course for both the professional and the amateur player. Take the back road through San Miguel in the direction of Torrevieja to get there.

Had family staying and family of ELN neighbours.
Great location, far enough away from hustle and bustle to enjoy peace of the area but not too far from the fun!
Apartment is just like home - real comfy with everything you could need.
Once through the door and unpacked.....didn't want to leave. Love breakfast on the patio. So peaceful and nice feel to the place.
