Our house is over three levels with a large roof solarium which has panoramic views of the salt lakes, mountains and lemon groves. You are ideally situated for either a good family holiday or for that quiet peaceful relaxing holiday, but with the advantage of all the main attractions, bars and restaurants close by there is aslo horse riding, quad bikes, golf and fishing for the more energetic of you. There are three bedrooms all with built in wadrobes the master bedroom has its own air conditioning and a large balcony for that early morning cuppa or that evening drink. There are two bathrooms the main one is on the first floor and on the ground floor is a shower room with another toilet, one of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor. The large lounge diner has two sofas one being a sofe bed, air conditioning satellite tv with sky movies

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area is surrounded by mountains which gives it, its own micro climate and is warm all year round. It is well known for its salt lakes which are supposed to be good for you, and of course there are plenty of golf courses to chose from all within a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja is within a 10 minute drive or a 12 euro taxi fare as well as water parks, blue flag beaches, go-karts and much more. Benidorm with it large Parks and safari are only an hour away and can be easily reached by car or bus.
Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
Los Montesinos is a typical Spanish town and is only a short stroll away there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants to visit. There is also a weekly market and there are plenty of other markets to visit in the area on different days. You can go on a nature trail walk or just relax by the pool or in one of the bars. What ever you fancy you will find it here.
How to get there
We are within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia airport that are well serviced by the budget airlines ie Easyjet, Monorch, Ryanair and Bmi. Once at the airport you are about a 25 minute drive away which can be reached easily by one of the many hire car companies at the airport or by Taxi.

Further details indoors: Our villa comes fully equipped and is in a nice quiet area with the pool only 6 metres away and play areas for the children.The supermarket and bars are within 400 metres and the lively town of Los Montesinos with its many bars and restaurants is only a short walk away. With in a 10 minute drive you have water parks, go kart tracks, beaches and shopping centres. Benidorm is only an hour away.

The property comes with everything supplied except towels for the pool and beaches. Any all male or all female groups please let us know before booking as the area may not be suitable for your holiday requirements.
Conditions
A £100 booking deposit is required. Also a deposit of £100 is required which is for any breakages or losses ie remote controls or keys go missing, this will be returned to you within 1 week of your return.
