The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F). This is the place to be!
** Golf Courses ** La Finca (Algorfa Golf Club) Is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa, right in the heart of the Segura region. La Finca is a golfing oasis placed in picturesque rural surroundings with fantastic views. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small. Additional golfing facilities include a driving range, putting greens, chipping area and practice bunker. Services at the club house include a restaurant, bar/cafeteria, changing rooms and golf shop; where buggies trolleys and clubs are available for hire.
Villamartin Golf Club Founded in 1972, ‘Villamartin’ has grown in fame to become one of the most popular & highly esteemed golf courses in Spain. On the complex there is a club house. shops, restaurants, bars, banks, tennis courts, swimming pools and close by a horse riding stable. 10 minutes from Torrevieja town centre.
Golf Real Club de Golf Campoamor Is situated near Torrevieja, and this 18 hole course is a good all round course for both the professional and the amateur player.
Los Montesinos / Entre-Naranjos area
It’s no more than a 15-minute drive to the nearest beaches, and you will find yourself spoilt for choice with more than 23 sandy beaches in the area. Awarded the triple European Blue Flag the beaches are cleaned daily during the summer season.
Guardamar Local Beach The beaches around Guardamar are very good. Well known for the sand dunes.
La Marina Beach To the North of Torrevieja, follow the signs for Elche. Not commercialized, some sand dunes.
La Zenia Just past Playa Flamenca. Medium sized clean beach with water sports in the summer.
Cabo Roig Just South of La Zenia, great beach and fantastic beach bar. Lots of steps.
Pillar de la horredada Close to Campomar, very lively and lots of fun.
** Eating Out **
Eating locally is very reasonable and great quality. San Miguel and Los Montesinos both have fantastic restaurants.
San Miguel de Salinas Turn right onto the main road out of the estate, then turn left onto main road and follow signs. About 5 minutes away. You’ll find supermarkets, fish shop and butchers.
El Prado restaurant – excellent traditional Spanish fixed price menus, both lunchtime and evenings.
Los Montesinos Is Bigger than San Miguel, but about the same distance. Turn left out of the estate, across 2 roundabouts and you’re there. Excellent supermarket on your right as you drive in, with a butcher’s next door. There are lots of places to eat which are recommended.
Pueblo Bravo II offers excellent Spanish food as well as pizzas, pastas and deserts. A Friendly family owned business which also does take away pizzas.
La Poussada. An Italian Restaurant, but with a Spanish theme.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Murcia airport - both approx 25mins drive from Entre Naranjos. Popular websites - mytravelite.com easyjet.com bmibaby.com ryanair.com Car hire - Holiday autos.com are very competitive and are a user friendly website. You can pick up and drop off your car at the airport which is so convenient. Taxi service - available on site

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully equipped for guests to have the most relaxing holiday. There is an additional guest bed available in the apartment. All linen and bath/beach towels provided. There is a chest of buckets, spades, floats etc for the younger visitor. During the summer months there are fans for each room. During cooler spells there are convector heaters/blankets and duvets should you need them.
Further details outdoors: Exterior: Enjoy a walk along the palm tree areas Car parking spaces to the side of apartment There is a shared pool, you have your own key for this. Balcony and Solarium have lighting and a charcoal bbq so you can enjoy the outdoors for as long as you like. Make use of the dining table and chairs on the roof - dine under the stars! There are sun loungers and a parasol.

When using the shared pool please ensure you adhere to the pool conditions to ensure the comfort of yourselves and other holiday makers.
Our keyholder will be available to answer any queries. There is an information file in the lounge at the apartment. If your flight is a late evening one, we will be pleased to provide you with a pack of essentials- ie milk, bread etc for a small charge - please ask when making your booking.

There will be a £35 cleaning fee for each booking. All payments must be in GBP. Bookings secured with a £50 deposit and the balance to be paid 6wks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit is required of £50. This will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the apartment.

My best day was visiting the waterfalls (fonts d'agar) near Guadalest. Paella at the local restaurants is a must. Mr & Mrs P Sayer Yeadon Leeds.
We love going to the theme parks - Terra Mitica (rides for all ages), and Terra Natura we loved seeing the animals. There is a nice zoo near Elche! - Ellis and Calum.
