The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
You need never be bored for a second on the Costa Blanca. There are Blue Flag beaches, fishing, watersports and Aqua Park, horseriding, cycling, bowling, go-karting and of course, plenty of golf. There are historic towns and mountains just a short drive inland. Take a day out to visit the Terra Mica Theme Park or Safari Park.
Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
Los Montesinos is situated between two salt lakes and a national park. There is horseriding, cycling and karting there or you can walk round the lakes and watch the birdlife, including flamingoes. A 10 minute drive takes you to the nearest golf course.
How to get there
Los Montesinos is a 35 minute drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports and a short drive from Torrevieja and Guardamar.

Further details indoors: Our spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room, separate, fully-fitted kitchen, groundfloor shower room with handbasin and wc and main bathroom with bath with shower fitting, washbasin, wc, bidet. There is also available a travel cot and travel high chair. The front porch has a terrace with table and chairs and there is a garden and driveway parking. The main bedroom has patio doors onto a terrace - ideal for your morning cuppa. There is a excellent good size roof terrace for sunbathing, dining and watching the lights of Torrevieja twinkling in the lakes.
Further details outdoors: The house is just a 2 minute walk from the communal pool which has a paddling section for toddlers. There is a supermarket with very good fresh meat, fish and veg sections which is just a few minutes walk. Newly opened are a restaurant, bar and hairdressers. Behind the house is a playground. A 10 minutes walk will take you into Los Montesinos, a small, unspoilt typical spanish town which has plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.

There is no extra charge for cleaning and all linen and towels are provided. If you wish to use the travel cot, please bring your own linen.
Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required at time of booking. Also a £75 deposit towards damages, refundable after inspection of the property following your departure. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. Unfortunately, due to hefty electricity price rises, there is an electricity meter which takes 2 euro coins. However, it is set generously and in credit for your arrival.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused during the unlikely event of the temporary loss of electricity/water/TV services.
