The block is located right in front of a children's play area so it is great for kids, there is a supermarket 20 metre from the main entrance and the restaurants around the main square are only about 5 minutes walk away. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
It is best known as the coastal regeion where you will find some of the best beaches in Spain. Valencia is also home the home of magnificent mountains and vast tracks of virgin territory largely overlooked by the millions of foreign visitors who choose this Eastern regein of Spain as their top holiday spot. Nearby towns and cities worth a visit are Alicante, Torrevieja, Murcia, Orihuela, Elche and Guadamar where you will be able to experience all aspects of holidaymaking. Nightlife, restaurants, beaches, relaxing days out, local markets, scenic countryside, watersports, waterparks, horseriding, cycling, tennis and of course world famous golf courses. Los Montesinos area
Los Montesinos is an up and coming typical Spanish town. It benefits from a recent growth in tourism due to its excellent location being near an abundance of holiday pursuits but still manages to retain its charm of a well loved Spanish residence. There is a market every Friday where you can buy a variety of Spanish goods- well worth a wonder. There are also festivals throughout the year, a local swimming pool, and a waterpark 5 minutes away. There is an attractive town square with a lot of new bars and restaurants opening due to the increasing popularity. You can find a mixture of both Spanish and British bars and restaurants all within east reach. For the essentials there are plenty of Banks, butchers, bakers, fishmongers, and general supermarkets close by. The nearst supermarket is in fact only 20 yards from the apartment so very convenient. The nearest golf club is La Finca, only a few minutes drive but many other top courses are all within 30 minutes drive. The nearest larger city is Torrevieja. It lies only 10 minutes from Los Montesinos. As is the lovely sandy beaches of Guadamar. Theese beaches are renowned accross Spain and a visit is a must. As is a visit to Torrevieja where you can enjoy a browse the shops, visit the marina or drink, dance and dine the nights away if this is more your style.
