About the home
On entering the Villas through the front door into the lounge with ceramic tiled floors, very tastefully decorated with pictures and mirrors that give a touch of elegance. The Villas have 3 double size bedrooms, I master and 2 Twin Bedrooms, 2 Shower rooms. The owners have not spared with furnishing, it is without doubt very tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, all towels and bed linen are provided.
Out and About
Los Montesinos is Ideally situated for the holidays it is very close to beaches, golf courses, shopping etc. this is truly for those wanting a family holiday full of activities, or those wanting a romantic relaxing holiday. The village still retains its character of typical Spanish life, the fiestas are amazing, and the locals make you feel welcome. Susan and myself live in this village and we can only speak highly of it
Guardamar is just 15 minutes by car, and is a popular place to go on holiday. Also known as Guardamar del Segura is a typical Spanish town which not only has some of the best beaches in Spain, it also has an excellent street market every Wednesday morning. You may want to: Visit the Reina Sofia park which has a beautifully designed lake, trails and waterfalls - the children will love to watch the peacocks, squirrels, turtles, ducks, birds, etc, that all roam freely about in the lakes and grassed areas, plus a dedicated play area for children which has loads of swings, slides, see-saws etc.

It is our aim to ensure your stay at Montesol Villa is a memorable one. The Villa Complex is situated in a very select area and just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants, bars supermarkets, and just a few minutes drive from probably some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Torrevieja and Guardamar, the villa is within easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from being close to the village of Los Montesinos.

The Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
The Villas are just a few minute walk from the centre of the traditional town of los Montesinos where you will find an abundance of facilities like restaurants, bars, banks, car hire, butchers, supermarkets and a lovely town square. The town of Los Montesinos is surrounded by orange and lemon groves.
There is also an ever-expanding hypermarket complex a 10 minutes drive away with Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, MacDonalds, Burger king and the new Haberneras shopping centre with its numerous shops and restaurants and several bars, There is a games and leisure complex "Ozone" which includes a bowling alley, an casino, an 8 multi-screen cinema complex.
There is an abundance of local daily markets in the area
Los Montesinos is approximately 15 minutes drive from the Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja, which offers a wide range of leisure activities and nightly entertainment including an aqua park, sports complex, also bustling with restaurants, shops and a stunning seafront promenade, sandy beaches and lovely marina.
Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with a number of stunning beaches within a short drive of the apartment. One such beach is Guardamar with miles of beautiful sandy beach, marina and blue sea. La Mata is also close by, both are European blue flag beaches, plus many other beaches are nearby.
For those who enjoy a round of golf there are many championship courses to choose from including La Finca, Villa Martin,Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Marquesa all within a fifteen minute drive. The courses at Alicante, Bonalba and La Manga are less than 1 hour drive away.
Relaxing, golfing, shopping or simply lazing at the beach, a holiday on the Costa Blanca has something for everyone and is all within easy reach of Los Montesinos

From Alicante airport follow the A7 motorway sign Murcia, Torrevieja, Cartagena. after about 20 minutes follow the sign Torrevieja, Cartagena AP7. After about 20 minutes follow the sign Los Montesinos at the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout, straight on. Go all the way through Los Montesinos, and at the next roundabout turn left. Go to the top of the road, and you will see Super Value Supermarket, I will be waiting the car park for you

From Murcia (San Javier) airport, follow the motorway sign AP7 Alicante, stay on this road about 30 minutes, take the sign, Los Montesinos at the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout Straight on, Go all the way through Los Montesinos, and at the next roundabout turn left. Go to the top of the road, and you will see Super Value Supermarket, I will be waiting the car park for you
