Newly built and completed in 2006, this well equipped apartment is located on the second floor and provides secure and comfortable accommodation with one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Los Montesinos is a typically Spanish town with good amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a weekly street market all within easy walking distance.
There is lift access and shared swimming pool on the roof. The apartment is air conditioned and has a balcony with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of local wine.

Hi david thats us back yesterday afternoon, we had a great time and the apartment was perfect, everything there that we needed,we left it the same as we found it spotless,changed the linen and made sure all was okay,we will probably be in touch to rent again at some point . Cathy Aitkin.

Your advice to hire a car was bang on. I ended up driving nearly 1200 kilometres so we "did" the entire area. The highlights:
Cartagena, Tabarca Island trip and the dunes, but the two really special ones were the genuine wilderness at Calfarque and, out on its own, the "modernista" house in Novelda.

Thank you very much for renting the apartment to us, it was lovely and suited our purpose very well. We had such a nice time, we have only been in the area during the Summer months, we found it such a refreshing change to be able to park and walk about easily. The town square was a fabulous place to enjoy cafe con leche and chocolate caliente in the late afternoon sunshine, whilst watching the local children play. Karen Shepherd, Jan 2008.
