The property is a "duplex" with its own garden area, balcony and roof top solarium. La Herrada is an urbanisation within walking distance of the small town of Los Montesinos, with its' traditional Spanish square, fiestas, local restaurants and small bars.
The community pool is well maintained and can be seen from the property. There are also some spectacular views from the rooftop into the surrounding hills and mountains. Nearest beaches are at Guardamar (9km). The nearest Golf course is La Finca (2km). http://www.golflafinca.com. There are also several other golf courses within half an hours drive.

The property is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped for 6 people, although by using the sofa bed it can sleep up to 8, ideal for golf parties where separate beds may be required

The swimming pool has a safe todlers pool, showers, and grassed areas with some small trees providing a liitle shade. Access is via key.

There is a local payment of 55 euros for handover / cleaning and this is payable when the keys are collected

A breakage deposit is required and can be made via credit card authorisation, so it is not taken unless damage is incurred.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Surrounded by a conservation area of natural parks with inland fresh water lakes. Nearby salt lakes provide a unique all year round dry and warm climate. The protected area of the Parc Natural has restricted the amount of development and much of the coast line is backed by sand dunes, and pine forests. The inland lakes provide quiet venues for walks, bike riding, horse riding and fishing.
There are numerous golf courses with the nearest "La Finca" course which is of championship standard and expecting to host the Spanish open.
Orihela, Murcia, Elche are all within easy driving distance and are steeped in history, with many museums, churches and visitor attractions.
The nearest costal resort is Guardamar with it's a beautiful promenade, evening market and numerous restaurants
The busier resort of Torrevieja is also a short drive, and has all the nightlife, bars and casino you'd expect in a lively seaside resort
The Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
The urbanisation is on the outskirts of Los Montesinos and a short 20 minute walk from the property will take you into the town square. A pleasant evenings walk and no need to worry about that extra glass of vino.
The nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away, at and around Guardamar. The beach is over 10km long and backed by a pine forest.
There are also many other beaches a short drive away with a range of facilities, and attractions. You can chose from a quiet and secluded beach through to fun packed beaches with all the amenities and attractions .
There are three Aqua-parks and go-karting track in the area (15 mins). Southern Costa Blanca is very well served for nightlife, bars and restaurants.
There are many horse riding venues and bike hire is available. There are 3 large lakes within a short drive or bike ride with walks and fishing available.
La Herrada is ideally located for golf, with 5 top class courses within 30 minutes drive.

the villa was well located and there was nothing that you would need that wasn't included in the villa ,pool only at end of road and bar and supa market only 5 minutes walk .key holder in next street and are very helpfull if you need any help or advice .would go back again no hesatation |
