The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca corresponds to the coastline of the Province of Alicante, in the region of the Community of Valencia. With its mountainous interior, miles of golden sandy beaches and subtropical vegetation this is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors. The beautiful Costa Blanca is just waiting to be discovered: There are theme parks, safari parks, nature reserves, enchanting villages, caves, waterfalls, lively markets and many exciting fiestas with fireworks and fancy dress, and there are water sports galore, you will be guaranteed a fabulous time!
Golfers will find it a joy, with many first class courses waiting to be conquered while their wives beautify in a spa or take in a little essential shopping. The climate is warm for about 9 months of the year and the South Costa Blanca promises at least 315 days of sunshine annually
The Los Montesinos area
Los Montesinos is typical Spanish village. There is a newly converted square with bars & restaurants within two minutes walk of the apartment. The nearset beaches of Guardamar/Torrevieja are a 10 minuets drive away. The nearest golf course to the apartment is “La Finca” 5 minutes away(Highly recommneded by the owners) & "Bellavista" is a new 11 hole course within 10 Minutes. Los Montesinos is a very friendly and welcoming village & there are also a few expats living in and around the town giving the area a homely and comfortable atmosphere.
Los Montesinos is close to the motorway, which provides easy access to both airports in the region and other large towns and cities, such as Murcia, Elche or Alicante so making the apartment a great base for day trips or just stay & relax around the pool!!.

Los Montesinos can be reached from both Alicante airport & Murcia airport which are 30min away following the AP7 motorway from Alicante airport ,or the A7 from Murcia airport to Los Montesinos. More detailed instructions will be sent on booking.
Cheap flights are available from Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe, to both airports from all airports in the UK. . For car hire we recommend, Centauro or Sol Mar.

2 week stay in this comfortable 2 bed appartment. Very quite with a nice view over the play area where you can sit for hours and watch the layed back spanish lifestyle. Plenty of sunshine on balcony pretty much all day long.Air con in the front room was a must in the hot summer months.Nice clean pool on the rooftop solarium which was a nice bonus.We have stayed at other appartments in this complex and this one was at the top of the scale for comfort. We will definitely use again.... |

Although we live in Spain, we 'Holidayed' there in August 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Being the first time we had stayed in Los Montesinos we were pleased to find that we could park the car up and not rely on it to get from A to B. There were more than enough shops etc. in town and a good Indian take-away/ restaurant on the corner. The apartment was well equipped and the air-con was a bonus. The price is very, very good in this present climate and the management team who care for the apartment were very helpful pointing us in the direction of an excellent local garage that we needed to repair our car before we left. |
