Home description
First floor apartment, lounge, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, verandah and large (ca.43 sq. metres) roof terrace (solarium). Air conditioning and cable TV with UK channels has been installed. The balcony has table and chairs and is shaded from the sun. The solarium has table, chairs, umbrella and four sun loungers. Please, no smoking inside the apartment but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony and solarium (ashtrays are provided).

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The temperature and salt concentration in the air gives Torrevieja especially health-bringing climate which has been recommended by health personnel all over the world.
Torrevieja has 320 sun days a year and an 18 degree average temperature (the same as the Canary Islands).
There are spectacular beaches along the Costa Blanca (The White Coast) and the wonderful beaches of Guardamar are only 12 minutes drive away.
Los Montesinos / La Herrada area
Los Montesinos lies between Torrevieja (9km) and about 12 minutes drive from Guardamar. This small town is 35km from Murcia Airport and 42km from Alicante Airport.
Golf courses can be found 5 minutes away at La Finca Golf Course and 15 minutes to Le Marquesa Golf Club.
Just 10 - 15 minutes walk from La Herrada to the centre of this small market town which has many restaurants and bars.

How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Murcia airport. Ryanair fly into Murcia and Easyjet fly into Alicante. Arrange a car hire (with Easyjet this can be arranged with the flight booking).

Bathroom has bath with shower and folding screen, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Main bedroom has ceiling fan, second bedroom has table top fan. Kitchen is well equipped. Cable channels are installed showing UK television including sport, movie channels and radio. DVD player and a small selection of DVD's and books.
Further details outdoors: Situated at the top of a newly built complex set amongst lemon groves. Choice of shaded balcony with fan light or large solarium taking in the sun and all round views of the mountains, salt lakes and sea. Shared outdoor swimming pool accessed via individual key. Children's play area. Alarm, security grills and smoke detector installed for peace of mind. Handrail and gated access to solarium installed for safety.

Swimming pool available all year. Towels for swimming and sun bathing are provided - it is recommended that hand/bath towels are taken.
Conditions
Arrival and departure days/times are flexible. We would only ask that if we have guests arriving or leaving on the same day that the property is vacated by 10:30 am and access on arrival will be after 15:00 pm. £50 non returnable deposit required when booking, balance six weeks prior to holiday. There is also £50 returnable deposit required to be sent with the final balance in case of damage, breakages, loss of key or excessive cleaning. This will be returned to you once the department has been checked by our key holders and ensures that the apartment is kept in good order for future guests. €25 is payable on key collection from our keyholders (next door) to cover laundry and cleaning costs. The owners regret that they cannot accept liability for injury or the loss of any valuables and guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
