This well equipped apartment is situated on the third (top) floor of a low rise block in the residential area of Los Montesinos. There is a lift up to the large sun terrace and swimming pool on the roof, providing wonderful views of the nearby salt lakes and orange groves.
This air conditioned holiday apartment, which has heating for the winter, consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, galleria, bathroom with bath, shower and bidet and two bedrooms, with all facilities provided for a relaxing holiday, such as TV/DVD, washer and dishwasher.
PLEASE NOTE AIR CONDITIONING IS AN EXTRA £50 PER WEEK.

- One double and and one twin bedroom, each with ample hanging space, bedside tables with lamps and ceiling fans.
- Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
- Lounge/Diner with seating for four, dining table and six chairs, satellite TV and video player. Air conditioning warm air heating and oilf filled radiators.
- Balcony with table and chairs.
- Fully equipped kitchen.

Smoking allowed on the balcony and galleria but not inside please. Ash trays are provided.
Although not specifically designed for the disabled, there is a lift to the apartment and everything is on the level.
Due to abuse of the air conditioning in the past there is a charge of £50 per week.
Conditions
Bed linen and towels (NOT beach) are available. There will be a 40 euros charge for laundry and cleaning the apartment following vacation.
Please bring your own beach towels.
If preferred, guests can bring their own bed linen and towels.
Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment must be vacated at 10.00am on the day of departure.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area benefits from the salt lakes of Torrevieja which makes it one of the healthiest places in Europe. The temperature and salt concentration in the air gives the area a climate which has been recommended by health experts the world over. Many people use the salt lakes regularly as a health spa. There are 320 days of sun a year and the temperature averages 18 degrees, the same daily average as the Canary Islands. This perfect climate makes the area one of the most popular holiday venues in Europe.
Costa Blanca means "white coast" and the beaches are spectacular, from large sweeping beaches to the smaller coves with crystal clear water,along the coast. A new motorway enables you to discover many varying villages and ports.Alicante is the capital city of the province and the popular resort of Benidorm is a two hour drive away.
There are various water sports to be enjoyed in one of the cleanest parts of the Mediterranean. For those who wish to experience other activities there is golf, tennis, horse riding or just walking along one of the long beaches or cycling in the countryside.
For those who like shopping there are lots of bargains on offer, especially leather good. As well as many shopping centres on the Torrevieja Road there are markets taking place every day. Every Friday, Torrevieja hosts Europe's largest market.
The Los Montesinos area
Los Montesinos, is a small Spanish village, located a ten minute drive from the beaches of Torrevieja and Guardamar and the Orihuela Costa.
For those who enjoy activities there are watersports, water park, horse riding and fishing.For golf enthusiasts it is also close to the courses at Villamartin and La Finca and for nature lovers, near to La Lagunas nature park.
All the activities mentioned are available from Los Montesinos and are only a short drive away. There is a daily bus service into Torrevieja where you can get buses to other places. Alternatively you can be put in touch with someone who will drive you wherever you want to visit.
Los Montesinos is a small market town and has many restaurants and bars,English and Spanish. There are also English supermarkets for those of you who want to feel at home! The market is on a Friday evening and is well worth a visit.
