This is a relatively new apartment with all modern conveniences, SKY TV and comfortable surroundings. Montegolf Apartments can be found in the town of Los Montesinos and is situated very close to all amenities . Welcoming restaurants offering traditional Spanish, or international and english cuisine and small friendly bars are within two minutes walking distance. Torrevieja with its salt lakes, entertainment, and long sandy beaches is also close by. It is ideally suited for beach lovers and golfers alike, with many beaches and golf courses within easy commuting distances.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca corresponds to the coastline of the Province of Alicante, in the region of the Community of Valencia. With its mountainous interior, miles of golden sandy beaches and subtropical vegetation this is one of the most attractive and popular regions of Spain for visitors. The beautiful Costa Blanca is just waiting to be discovered: There are theme parks, safari parks, nature reserves, enchanting villages, caves, waterfalls, lively markets and many exciting fiestas with fireworks and fancy dress, and there are water sports galore, you will be guaranteed a fabulous time! Golfers will find it a joy, with many first class courses waiting to be conquered while their wives beautify in a spa or take in a little essential shopping. The climate is warm for about 9 months of the year and the South Costa Blanca promises at least 315 days of sunshine annually.
Los Montesinos / Los Montesinos town area
These apartments are perfectly located for those who prefer their amenities close by. The village of Los Montesinos retains all of its Spanish charm. There is a lovely square with many traditional bars & restaurants - perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon or evening - within two minutes walk of the apartment. Although we are nicely isolated from all the hustle & bustle, the beaches of Guardamar/Torrevieja are just a short drive away. The nearest golf course to the development is “La Finca” 5 minutes away; one of the best in the region. The Spanish locals are very friendly and welcoming, there are also a few expats living in and around the town giving the area a homely and comfortable atmosphere. Finally Los Montesinos is close to the motorway, which provides easy access to both airports in the region and other large towns and cities, such as Murcia, Elche or Alicante.
How to get there
Los Montesinos can be reached from Alicante airport about 40 min or Murcia which is about 30min following the AP7 motorway from Alicante airport ,or the A7 from Murcia airport to Los Montesinos. It is very straight forward as you follow the motorways towards the main town of Torreiveja, but detailed instructions will be sent on booking. Cheap flights are available from easyjet, b.m.i baby,ryannair, monarch, Flybe to both airports from all airports in the uk. We find that skyscanner.net is a great source for finding good flights. For car hire we recommend Record Rent A Car, Centauro or Auriga Crown.

Further details indoors: Please note air conditioning provides cooling and heating and is coin metered. There are also ceiling fans in the main living area and the bedrooms, so air con would only be needed for extreme temperatures. There are also 3 deck chair/loungers and a sun umbrella that are available for use when you go to the beach, or the solarium. Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment block is also serviced by two lifts.
