Very large and beautiful villa with heated pool.

Your dream holiday on the beautiful Canary Island La Palma starts by reserving an exclusive, modern and sunny holiday home.

Villa Casablanca will meet – and rise above - all your expectations.

This TOP-villa is at a TOP-location, offering a huge living space and amazing luxury.

The living / dining room is 180 m² large, and has a round fireplace and a beautiful integrated kitchen with a kitchen island. The patio is in the centre of the house, and is in fact part of this room. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with built-in closets, and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool. An extra (children's) bedroom can be opened at your request.

This villa will make your holiday on the sunny West side of this beautiful island even more special, with its modern, unique architecture, and the amazing view from the 100 m², partially roofed terrace.

Naturally, the plot is equipped with wind protection and a heated swimming pool (4X10).

Top quality holiday home. Amazing panoramic view of the Aridane valley, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. The several terraces with lounge areas all give a different gorgeous view. The sunsets seen from these terraces are nothing less than spectacular.

There is a beautifully planted garden in front of the house, with palm tress and cypresses. The back of the house offers 4,000 m² of the beautiful, natural vegetation that is so typical for La Palma.

This wonderfully relaxing area of the plot also offers wind protection and a heated pool. This is the place to unwind, enjoy yourself and just be in the moment. The plot is 5,000 m² large, offering a feeling of space and freedom. Private parking space.

We recommend a higher situated car.

The Canary Islands region

La Palma is one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary Islands.

Known as “Isla Bonita” (pretty island), or “Isla Verde” (green island), La Palma carries its own charm and character and being largely unspoilt and undeveloped, it offers a more natural, peaceful and relaxed environment than some of the other well-known Canary Islands. If you've been to Madeira, you may find some areas similar and the upper volcanic regions compare to Mount Teide in Tenerife.

The south and especially the west part of La Palma are sunny and dry. These parts have a subtropical climate, which means the temperature is usually between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, the whole year round (below a certain altitude of course). La Palma is truly the island of eternal spring.

A large part of La Palma consists of volcanic rock formations – it is, in fact, the top of a volcano. A mountain range, called the “Cumbra Vieja”, runs through the middle of the island. It consists of (quite fertile) volcanic stone. The highest part of this mountain range is just below 2,500 meters high, and it causes A great climatic contrasts; this results in great varieties in vegetation and nature. The foot of the island La Palma is about 3,500 meters below sea level. The last instant of volcanic activity was in 1971, in the southern part of La Palma.

Los Llanos de Aridane

This is a quiet area between Todoque and Puerto Naos 0-300 m above sea level), but there is also a good connection to Puerto de Tazacorte. There are 2 restaurants at walking distance in the area Las Norias. There is also a bus stop, with buses going in the direction of Los Llanos and Puerto Naos.

Los Llanos is at a height of 320 meters and has about 20,000 inhabitants. It is the second city of La Palma, and it is the commercial and cultural centre of the rich valley of Aridane. Lol Llanos is an ever growing, modern city, and is secretly called the nation's capital. There are beaches and bays heading west along the coast line, like Puerto Naos and Charco Verde. Los Llanos is a definite must for tourist, especially if you are planning on going shopping. The centre is called the “Plaza de Espana”. It is the place to sit under gigantic laurel trees and have a “café con leche'” or a “bocadillo”, or to just sit back and take in the environment.

One of the most idyllic places of Los Llanos is called the “Plaza Chica”, located right behind the Plaza de Espana. The “Mercado” is at a few minutes walking distance, a glass-roofed market with the best offer of fresh produce on La Palma , although it shares first place with the market in Santa Cruz. On the Mercado, you will find seasonal tropical fruits, like papaya, guava, maracujas, nisperos, pineapple and mango. All these fruits grow naturally on La Palma.

What does Los Llanos offer you? Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, health food shops, a postal office, the market place, banks, pharmacies, a cultural palace, a cinema, a first aid post, a bus station and a medical centre.
