About the home

Is a quiet, clean complex, situated next door to Paradise Park Hotel. The complex is in easy reach of bars, restaurants. Beach is a 10 min stroll, golf is some 15 min by car. Free buses to the parks is across the road.

The complex has two heated pools, one children's, sunbathing area with beds etc available (at a little extra cost). A pool bar, serving food and drinks, also showing live football. A filter water machine can be found at the pool side providing fresh water at a cost of 50c for 5lt. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within 5 min walking distance. All within a reasonable distance are golf courses, aquapark, watersports, siam park, nightlife.

The lounge area has two settee, one converts into two single beds, coffee table x 2, dining table and chairs, marble floors, TV with channels 1 to 5 of british TV, DVD player, Stereo. These leads out to a balcony with full dining set including brolly. Also from the lounge you can access the separate kitchen, which has full facilities i.e. fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave etc.

One bedroom (situated on the ground floor) has two single beds, drawer unit , fitted wardrobes down one full wall and a double wardrobe to another wall, fitted safe, ceiling fan, marble floors.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, containing wc, basin with cupboard under and mirrow above, single shower cubicle.

On entering the apartment, there are cupboards to your right one holds the washer, ironing board and iron.The other general cleaning materials.

Up the spiral staircase, two further bedrooms can be found. One has a King size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and leads on to the second balcony, this has a small coffee table and two chairs. Two sun loungers are also located here.

Off the upstairs hallway, the second bedroom has two single beds, dressing table and wardrobes.

The bathroom upstairs has a jucuzzi bath with shower over, wc, hand basin and cupboard.



The apartment has a washing machine, with iron and ironing board. A hair-dryer is located in the bathroom.

Bed Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis, however at an additional cost this can be changed daily.

Tenerife offers a wide range of attractions with all year round sunshine, making Tenerife the perfect destination for families.

Facilities include, golf, riding, horse riding, water parks, national parks, water sports etc. including the spectacular mount Teide volcano.

The Los Cristianos / Dinastia area

Close by are a good selection of bars and restaurants with entertainment. The local harbour provided ferry services to other islands and also trips to see the whales and dolphins, which will enchant adults and children alike.
