Home description

Our apartment has been furnished to a very high standard including 3 seater sofa bed and separate 3 seater sofa in lounge area, TV,DVD player, HI-FI system. Fully fitted kitchen with white units and grey granite worksurfaces, full oven, hob and extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fride with freezer compartment and breakfast bar.
The bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers, fully fitted wardrobes along one wall and a full length mirror and ceiling fan.
The bathroom is larger than average with sink vanity unit, shower cubicle, WC and bidet.
Double balcony with patio furniture to seat 4 and 2 sun loungers.
Marble floors throughout, also included is a hairdryer, safety deposit box, iron, ironing board, clothes airer,hoover.
We have the five main British TV channels along with a selection of DVD's available.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the 7 Canary Islands with a large mountain range, good beaches and many walks. Sitting in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, it has a good year round climate which makes it a favourite for winter holidays.


Los Cristianos / Arona area

Los Christianos has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants all within easy reach of the apartment.
There are plenty of things to do for all the family including watersports, cycling, boat trips daily to see whale and dolphins in their natural habitat. The waterpark is in nearby Costa Adeje which is a 10 minute drive away. The resort of Playa De Las Americas is also only 10 minutes drive away.


How to get there

Fly to Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) from most UK airports, there is a taxi rank outside and the journey is approximately 20 minutes, the fare is usually between 20 and 30 euros.

Fantastic freeform swimming pool, children's pool and plenty of sunbathing terraces. Goodfellas pool bar serving hot and cold food and drinks run by Alex and Danny, two English guys. The pool bar has flat screen TV and shows all major football matches. Great atmosphere in a great location, very popular area of Los Christianos.

BOOKING DETAILS

Normally rental periods run from Friday to Friday. There may be flexibility so please enquire.

Normal check-in is no earlier than 2pm and check-out no later than 10am, this is for cleaning purposes so again some flexibility may be possible.

You may reserve the apartment for 72 hours whilst flights are being arranged.

The apartments are set on an incline and may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only please.


Conditions

A £50 per week deposit is required within 5-7 days of you booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

We also ask for a bond of £100 per week. The easiest way to do this is to send a cheque to us. This will either be destroyed or returned to you within 7 days of your departure from the apartment and returning the keys, after the management have inspected the apartment.

No booking will be taken from single sex 18-30 groups.

A named responsible adult must be declared at time of booking, this adult must be at least 21 years of age and will be legally responsible for any damage caused to either the contents or the buildings of the apartment/complex.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.

April 2006.
Visited my friends apartment in April 2006. Great location, close to shops, bars etc. Nice walk to the centre and beach. My kids loved the pool and the excursions which can be booked just around the corner from the complex with local coach pick-ups. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and has everything needed for the perfect holiday. Would definitely recommend, can see this complex thriving in the future, will be going back.
