This spacious ground floor studio is located within The Royal Palm Complex which is considered by many to be the most prestigious apartment complex in Los Cristianos . The Accommodation is light and airy, decorated in a modern style with practical, contemporary furniture.

The apartment is fully equipped with satellite TV, with UK Channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports 1&2 , All bedding and towels for the apartment are supplied (changed weekly), just bring your beach towels! The apartment has a large, well appointed lounge area and offers you extra sleeping with a quick, easy to operate comfortable double sofabed. The bathroom suite comprises of vanity unit with sink & mirror, toilet and shower enclosure..

Admire the Royal Palm Trees from the balcony. Sunbath during the day, then enjoy a lovely glass of Rioja or G&T while watching the sun set in the evening. The private balcony has a table and chairs for Alfresco dining.The apartment is conveniently positioned overlooking the heated pool, which has free sun beds and umbrellas. the children's pool has toilet and changing facilities A lifeguard watches the pools during the day from 10am to 6pm

Furnished to a high standard with a covered terrace , two single beds, fridge, microwave with grill & 4 ring ceramic hob. All bedding and towels are colour co-ordinated. There is an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, cable TV, ceiling fan . The terrace is a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a G&T. There are two swimming pools (one heated from October to March) & a small children's pool - right outside the terrace. Royal Palm has a lifeguard on duty at the pools from 9:00am till 6:00pm

Built in an Andalusian style with typical Spanish tiled roofs and ornate balustrades, Royal Palm is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two swimming pools and a separate children’s pool, completely renovated in summer 06. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Tenerife Golf is booming and the island has established itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe with six championship level golf courses open to the public in Tenerife. These include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses as it has hosted rounds of the European PGA Tour.

The Tenerife region

Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay. There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade. In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F. There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There is a fantastic local water park which is ideal for the children and adults alike with a free bus which picks up in the local area.There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also a number fishing trips. This holiday has something for everyone
General information Los Cristianos is very well served by buses, which will take you to all parts of Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card in advance (although it is not obligatory) as this will give you a 30%-50% discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz are all within reach providing access to Loro Park, Parque Nacional de las Canadas del Teide, etc ,etc......... Taxis are comparatively cheap and will get you around Playa de las Americas, and any of the local Golf courses....

The apartment is a 15 min drive from the Tenerife Sur (TFS) Airport , this is the main airport there are numerous UK Charter Airlines flying into this airport, on mainly Friday or Tuesdays which are the main Changeover Days.
There are aso Daily Schedule Fights from major UK Airports by Easijet and Monarch.

It costs circa 25 Euros in a taxi from the Airport, or altenatively there are many Car Hire Companies based on-site at the Airport and there is extensive on-street car parking outside our Complex, contact us if you need help re car rental.

A key for your apartment and an information pack will be posted to you 14-21 days prior to your departure date. All management and location details are included. We can provide help and advice with your flights and travel insurance for your holiday. We use Experienced British management to maintain our apartment. We would prefer 'smokers' to use the outdoor patio areas.

We try to be flexible regarding times for access to the apartment, but where we have concurrent bookings earliest check in time is 3pm and latest departure time is 11am. The complex is 10kms away from the main Tenerife Sur Airport, it is 25 euros in a taxi.
