About the home

This apt has 2 twin-bedded rooms - one large, & one smaller. There are two shower-rooms , each having a w.c. & vanity unit. The apt is suitable for up to 4 persons, This 1st-floor apt enjoys views of Los Cristianos from the balcony( NO pool view) , PLEASE NOTE that neither the apartment nor the shower rooms are adapted for wheelchair users or disabled persons. Please ask for information if you are unsure.
The balcony is ideal for all day relaxation.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor ( lift) & is on a very popular family complex with swimming pools, 1 heated, & is only 5 mins walk to Los Cristianos10 mins walk to the beach. Los Cristianos is a delightful local fishing village where one can find the very best of restaurants, or just a small local bar serving fresh fish.

Internet facilities are available from reception so you're never out of touch with loved ones. Special prices are available from the nearby shop for all boat & whale trips, sightseeing tours, or shows in the evenings. On arrival at our apt, , you will find a welcome pack including chilled white wine, cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk etc. Security Safe....free of charge.

We offer 'home from home 'amenities. Our enthusiasm to please you is boundless. This apartment is very popular due to its central location and relaxing atmosphere. San Marino is an attractive & very popular resort. It boasts 3 pools ,1 heated with sunny terraces & a lively pool bar. The complex itself is quiet & secluded yet only 10 mins walk away from the beach .. We offer excellent maintenance service ,with 'home from home' amenities. English TV channels with DVD, etc.
This apt is situated only 2 mins walk to the local bus parade where all buses to other sunny resorts of the island stop frequently to pick -up visitors not wishing to hire cars. These buses journeys are very low in price, & yet you can be in the north of the island within 1 hour.
We have other apartments available near this development so can easily cater for larger groups, please contact us for further details by email or mobile.

All weekly prices, throughout the year, apart from Christmas & New Year , are, £275 for 2 persons & £60 extra for each additional guest up to 3 - 335 pounds. The price for 4 persons is 365 pounds.

Xmas & New Year are let only together ( minimum stay 2 weeks) & are priced at.....925 pounds for 2 persons, 1..125 for 3, & 1.325 for 4 persons. ( free child welcome )

We are offering those clients booking our 4 weekly holidays a discount...

The charges will be......

.... for the 4 weekly bookings ..910 pounds for 2 persons to include our weekly delivery of your full linen supply. For 3 persons, £1.010, & for 4 persons, £1.110 pounds.

Extra guests & family visitors will of course be most welcome during your extended stay, at a charge of 60 pounds per person per week, again, to include our full linen service., subject to maximum occupancy.

Payments may be made in sterling pounds via Barclays bank UK, or Barclays Tenerife, in Euros.

Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, eg 45 pounds for 2 persons per extra day, 50 for 3 persons & 55 pounds for 4 persons.

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can often keep that day free of bookings & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. Why not make the most of your last day by sitting around the pool or on the beach. The cleaner will be cancelled until the following day. Price for this service is 35 pounds for 2 persons, 40 for 3, & 45 pounds for 4 persons. Please query our availability when booking.

Conditions

Conditions of Booking

1.A Deposit of £100 per week (This rises to £200 per week for Christmas bookings) is due on booking payable at any branch of Barclays Bank in the UK. Payments details are provided on booking.Payments can also be made in euros.

2.The Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival, and you will be advised of this date at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to cancel any booking where the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, and in this instance the whole of the deposit is forfeit

3.Client cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the client the following charges apply:

8+ weeks 50% of deposit
5-7 weeks 75% of total cost
0-4 weeks 100% of total cost

4.Apartments are normally available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.

5.Letters for insurance purpose, due to sickness etc are supplied in all cases for total claim.

6.Lost keys will result in an automatic call out fee of €20, plus the cost of the replacement keys

“Everything you will need for a great holiday.” From being picked up by Dave at the airport to him dropping us off a week later, this holiday was just what we could have wished for. Set in a nice area(Los Christianos is quiet anyway) ,yet close to restaurants, sunday market and a short walk to the beach(I mean SHORT). The first floor apt. was as large as we hoped for. The photos showed it as it is. Being March,the heated pool..... wasn't. It was the same temperature as the "unheated" one. This did not spoil our stay. We still swam. The sun beds +cushions were 3 Euros a set. It didn't bother us, it was worth the expense(lol).The gem for us was the downstairs Canarian café next to the English pub. The menu consisted of what fresh produce the chef bought that day/day before .The jamon was great and as for the home made/cooked lobster paella...enough said. The nearest supermarket is literally just across the road from the rear of the apts. Beer 1 Euro a pint in the pub(even cheaper in the supermarket, 85 cents a litre, yes really, small tins 23 cents.) I hope you get the impression we liked this apt. as we are coming back, if not again this year ,then definitely next Easter. Value for your hard earned money ??You bet. “Great location” From booking this apartment to receiving the keys Nancy and Pam made everything easy . We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and the pubs restaurants and super market are only a stones throw away. I would recomment the English bakery and the Angus steak house. The only downside was having to pay for a sunbed at the pool .

“Excellent Value” We were picked up at the airport by Jean (who is a lovely lady) as agreed with Pam when we booked and she took us up to the apartment (1st floor) . Our arrival could not have been easier. The apartment spotlesly clean and everything we needed was supplied. There was no aircon but the fans were adequate. The balcony had a table, chairs and setee which was very relaxing in the evenings. There is traffic outside but was not a nuisance to us. The main bus terminus is right outside the complex, which would be great for visiting other parts of the island. The apartment location is ideal, supermarket, bakery and "English" bars to the rear. An easy 10min walk to the sea front bars and restaurants, although there are a couple of coffee / snack / bars on the way. Our weeks break was very relaxing and we would return. The owners are very proffessional and do all the can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend a boat trip (booked on the main Vistas sea front) which was a lovely 4 1/2 hr trip with drinks and some food for 35 Euros each and a school of pilot whales for company. A restaurant called Chill Out also on the Vistas front served some fantastic food, although not cheap, was well worth it for the quality. “A clean tidy appartment in a quiet location near all amenities & bus stop.” Tried this appartment as we could not get into Verde7 at Cristian Sur this year & were not dissapointed. Two bedrooms, one with en suite facilities & a free safe for your valuables in bedroom one.Dining & living area were spacious & clean with all the necessary comforts to make it a pleasent stay.Breakfast & evening drinks were enjoyed al fresco on the spacious balcony.Cooker, microwave,fridge,TV with sky sports,dvd's cd's & books to choose from catered for all our needs. We were collected from the airport & taken directly to the appartment by the owner which cut out the time waiting for transfers to have a welcome pack waiting for us including water,milk,tea,coffee,a bottle of wine & some beer,most welcome after the flight.This appartment complex has a lift & the appartment itself was on one level which would suit disabled travellers. Close to the supermarket where they bake fresh bread throughout the day & shops & restaurants so everything is on hand. Try the steak house near the supermarket, a family run restaurant, Maria is the owner. Went 3 times in a week as it was so good.

“Brilliant holiday thank you” The stay was so relaxing we really enjoyed all the walks we took and exploring the island. The shops were so close and everything was to hand with a bakery just a stones through away. Nancy who picked us up from the airport was lovely and had a good knowledge of the area we loved our chats as we travelled if we come back to the island we will be sure to ask for her!
