About the home

This popular ground-floor apartment is suitable for 3+1free guest. The apt has 2 bedrooms, (1 twin-bedded, & 1 smaller double-bedded room) each having its own shower-room,with w.c. etc. It is situated on the ground floor having a very nice sunny terrace , on a delightful quiet family complex with a heated swimming pool & FREE SUN BEDS. Access is by 5 steps down to the terrace. The very popular Italian Restaurant - Roma Bella - is on site & is only about 15 mins walk to the beach & Los Cristianos; a local fishing village where one can find the very best of restaurants, or, if you prefer, just a small local bar serving fresh fish.

Internet facilities are available at the resort´s reception so you're never out of reach of friends or business contacts .Special prices are available for all trips & sightseeing tours of the Islands & shows in the evenings. On arrival at our apts , you will find a welcome pack including a bottle of chilled white wine, cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk , etc.

We offer 'home from home 'amenities. In this apt there is air conditioning.Our enthusiasm to please you is boundless. Port Royale is a very attractive resort & boasts a large heated pool with sunny terraces,&FREE SUN BEDS! There are delightful restaurants & bars with live music & excellent home-made food within walking distance.The complex itself is quiet & secluded yet only a 15 mins walk to the beach & Sunday Market, & a short walk to the harbour town of Los Cristianos. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HILLY AREA ( If you do not like walking, the apt is very near the local taxi rank.)

We have 2 apartments available on Port Royale so can easily cater for larger groups, please contact us for further details by email or mobile.

Further details

All rents throughout the year, apart from Christmas & New Year; are weekly, £245 for 2 persons & £60 extra for an additional guest up to 3(+1 free guest) i.e. up to 4 persons, 305 pounds.

Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, eg 40 pounds for 2 persons per extra day, & 45 for 3+1 persons.



.We will be offering reductions if you wish to book the special 4 - weekly period.

For 2 persons the price with full linen supply will be 790 pounds. A discount of 50 pounds will be offered for the 2nd, & any further 4 weekly stays. ( 740 pounds )

Invited guests will be most welcome to visit you .....the price for each guest per week will be 60 pounds with full linen supply.

NB...Xmas/ New Year prices are 790 pounds for 2 persons, 890 for 3, & 930 for 4 persons.These 2 weeks are let only together.



All Rental Payments may be made via Barclays bank UK in sterling pounds or Barclays, Tenerife, in Euros.

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can keep that day free of bookings & can often offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. Why not enjoy your last day sitting around the pool or on the beach? The price for this service is 35 pounds for 2 persons, or 40 pounds for 3 +1 persons. Please mention this when booking....we may have the availability.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM 18 - 23 YRS AGE GROUP.

The Los Cristianos area

Local places to visit include Siam Water Park, for all ages, many golf courses, beautiful beaches . For those enjoying walking, there is an abundance of organised mountain walks in both rural & local areas. Cycling trips can be arranged in this , the south of Tenerife where the sun shines all year round. If you enjoy an active night life there are numerous theatres, including the famous Pyramid Ballet Spectacular, restaurants & venues for live music.

“Not recommended” This apartment is below street level i.e basement. Although the apartment is qiute comfortable there is only 1 entrance/exit which is through the kitchen. The bedrooms which are at the back have no... more

“Very disappointed with apartment facilities and linen” Expected a ground floor apartment not one at below street level,facing a white wall with a pathway above and a road with parked cars; with no windows in the bedrooms. Very poor linen, thin small towels, thin sheets on beds. Place full of sugar ants with no containers to put dry goods in. No information on how to use TV, DVD, combi microwave. Air conditioning and fan in bedroom very noisy. Shower in twin bedroom almost too small to shower in! Aas there was only two of us we could use the other en suite. Headboard in twin room not fixed to bed or wall therefore noisy when one turned over in bed. although offered better towels and containers and offered a lunch as compensation for our inconvenience this did not come to fruition although the representative did try to contact us to pay for the lunch but we were already at the airport Response: We are sorry that these clients found the apartment disappointing. In our defence, I have the following comments to make: There are no properties below this, so it is ground floor. The photographs on the web site clearly show the terrace is below street level. A courtesy visit was made on several occasions, and the clients were out. A message was left to contact us, and they did not do this until they were at the airport, so there was no opportunity to pay for the meal promised, in spite of our best endeavours to do so. The linen is of the required standard and was clean and not damaged, the client did not complain about this during her stay. The towels were replaced with thicker towels, the required quality for 2-3* accommodation, and the same as used in many local apartments. However, we have taken this on board, and many new towels have now been purchased. There are many apartments that do not supply plastic containers – clients tend to bring or buy cling film for this purpose. However we have taken this on board and all of our apartments now have a selection of plastic boxes. The client did not say that she could not operate the TV/DVD/microwave, and did not ask for assistance. She merely pointed out that the instructions were missing. We have taken this on board and are now checking all of our apartments to ensure that instructions are available. Air conditioning and fans are generally noisy. The shower in the twin bedroom is a standard size. Had the client contacted us about the headboard, it would have been fixed the same day – we are only hearing about this now! We have never had any problems with the lack of windows in the rear of the apartment, and this is the 1st time it has been commented on. We are very happy to say that we have - over the last 11 years - many regular clients who visit this apt on an annual basis, which I think speaks for itself. Thank you so much for making our first stay in Tenerife so memorable. Port Royale is a lovely complex with very friendly reception staff. We enjoyed the pool area & in particular your new apt with so many English tv channels, real 'home from home' facilities.
