About the home

This 2 bedroomed apt ( I large twinbedded & 1 small twinbedded) is suitable for 3+1 free guest , & enjoys views of Los Cristianos.There are 2 shower-rooms, & 2 w.c´s etc, (1 en suite ). The balcony has both eating & relaxing facilities. It enjoys early morning sunshine.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor & on a delightful quiet family complex with very friendly Reception Office, selling special priced tickets for boat & coach trips, plus various shows, car rentals, etc. There is a heated swimming pool & the apt is only 5 mins walk to the beach & to the town of Los Cristianos; a local fishing village where one can find the very best of restaurants, or just a small local bar serving fresh fish.

Internet facilities are available at the resort´s reception so you're never out of touch with loved ones or business contacts. Security Safe ...free of charge. On arrival at our apts , you will find a welcome pack including chilled white wine, cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk . etc

Christian Sur is an attractive low-rise resort & boasts a large heated pool, sunny terraces with free sunbeds & a delightful pool bar & restaurant. The complex itself is quiet & secluded yet only 5 mins walk away from the beach & Sunday Market & 5 mins walk to the harbour town of Los Cristianos. We offer excellent maintenance service ,with 'home from home' amenities. Full English Satellite TV channels with DVD, etc.

We have 2 almost identical apartments available on Cristian Sur so can easily cater for larger groups, please contact us for further details by email, landline or mobile to reserve.

Further details

All rents throughout the year, apart from Christmas & New Year; weekly, £265 for 2 persons & £60 extra for each additional guest up to 3 guests. The price for 4 persons is 325 pounds, the same as for 3.

We are offering clients who wish to take advantage of the special 4 weekly period. The price for 2 persons will be 935 pounds with full weekly linen supplied. For the 2nd, & any further 4 weekly periods, there will be a reduction of 50 pounds i.e. the price will be 885 pounds with full linen supplied.

Obviously, you are welcome to have visitors & family guests to stay with you. The price per week, per guest, is 60 pounds with our full linen service included.

Xmas & New Year will be let only together & will cost 885 pounds for 2 persons, 1.085 for 3, & 1.125 pounds for 4 persons.

.Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday eg...40 pounds for 2 persons per extra day, 45 pounds for 3 + 1 free guest. Payments may be made via Barclays UK in sterling pounds or Barclays , Tenerife in Euros.

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can sometimes keep that day free of bookings, cancel the cleaner, & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. Why not enjoy your last day by the pool, or on the beach.....or maybe even some extra shopping? The price for this service is 35 pounds - 2 persons, & 40 for 3( +1 free guest.) This availability must be queried & then requested when booking.

Dave , Henning & Nancy can arrange for you to be met at the airport & transferred into the apt etc for the same price as a local taxi. Many of our regular clients very much appreciate their kindness & diligence both on arrival & departure.

Local places to visit include Siam Water Park, for all ages, many golf courses, beautiful beaches . For those enjoying walking, there is an abundance of organised mountain walks in both rural & local areas. Cycling trips can be arranged in this , the south of Tenerife where the sun shines all year round. If you enjoy an active night life there are numerous theatres, including the famous Pyramid Ballet Spectacular, restaurants & venues for live music.
