About the home

The penthouse Ático Chayofa is located in the housing complex La Finca, at the entrance of the development Águilas del Teide, one of the best residential areas in Tenerife South. This top modern penthouse (72 sqm) on the second floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds ) a dining-room-kitchen with American-style kitchen (bar), a fully equipped bath with bathtub and bidet, a washing machine room and a marvellous terrace with sea & mountain views - ideal to spend unforgettable dinners and breakfasts.

Penthouse Ático Chayofa is a very cosy and bright apartment mostly thanks to its big windows in the living-room and bedrooms. The decoration and furniture in bamboo stands in good contrast with the white walls and provides thereby a very summer-like atmosphere to the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
Sat-TV in the dining-room. In one of the bedrooms there is a safety deposit box at the guests’ disposal.

The housing complex La Finca has a common area consisting of a pool and a splash pool with hammocks and sunshades.

The Tenerife region

Penthouse Ático Chayofa is located in the housing complex La Finca, in the development Águilas del Teida, which belongs to the municipal district of Arona and is only 5 minutes away from Playa Las Américas and Los Cristianos.

The development, Águilas del Teide is of recent construction and it is mainly composed of villas and well-kept gardens. There is a tennis court, a mini-market and a couple of restaurants as well. The housing complex La Finca, comprising the penthouse Chayofa, is composed of terraced houses of 2 or 3 floors located around a common area: the pool and green area. These houses are mostly private properties for own use.

Arona is a municipal district stretching from mountain to coast and is good connected to the rest of the island thanks its privileged location.

It is one of the biggest tourist areas in Tenerife which offers coast, nature, beautiful beaches and bays and one of the best climates in the world - ca. 22 degrees all year around - the so called “eternal spring”.

The Los Cristianos / Arona area

Plenty of leisure activities: restaurants, discos, thematic parks, boat trips to enjoy whales & dolphins (here you will find one of the most important whale habitats of the entire world), water sports (surf, kite surf, water skiing, water bikes, sailing and diving)…

Playa de las Américas is very tourist. Its seafront is very characteristic and has an extensive restaurant offer to satisfy the most demanding tourists. Good shopping streets .

Playa de los Cristianos has a fishing port and a harbour with ferry connections to the islands La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. In its streets you can taste plenty of fish and seafood. This area is the economical motor of Tenerife South. It is cosmopolitan and hosts several cultural events. Its marina offers good possibilities to practice water sport.
At approx. 10 minutes car drive toward north you fill find the small fishing town Las Galletas. It has a long fishing tradition and marvellous beaches of black sand. Near Playa de las Galletas you can also visit Costa del Silencio, known for its large see pool. Here you can enjoy a nice walk along the coast.

The area around the penthouse has good bus connections and car rental is therefore not a must. It is always advisable though!

All in all, the perfect location to discover the island: hiking, riding or paragliding; coast and mountains ...
