This apartment is suitable for 2 -4 persons, enjoying pool views, with 1 large twin-bedded room & 1 smaller. There are 2 shower-rooms & 2 wc´s, 1 en suite. This apt is 1st floor , on a delightful family complex with heated swimming pool . It enjoys up to 6hrs sunshine a day from this delightful balcony( on which you can both eat or take a nap) The apt. is only 5 mins walk to the beach & 10 mins walk to Los Cristianos - a fishing village, and where one can find the very best of restaurants, or just a small local bar serving fresh fish .Internet facilities are available from our very friendly Reception - trips , tours & shows arranged at special prices.On arrival at our apts , you will find a welcome pack consisting of a chilled bottle of white wine,cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk etc . Victoria Court is an attractive low-rise resort & boasts a large heated pool with sunny terraces & a delightful pool bar & restaurant. The complex itself is quiet & secluded yet only 5 mins walk away from the beach & Sunday Market & 10 mins walk to the town & harbour of Los Cristianos.

We have 2 apartments available on Victoria Court so can easily cater for larger groups Please contact us for further details by email, landline or mobile.

All rents throughout the year apart from Christmas & New Year; 285 pounds for 2 persons & £60 extra for each additional guest up to 3 persons ....345 pounds... 4 persons are charged ...365 pounds per week.

Xmas & New Year periods ( let together only) will be 885 pounds for 2 persons, 1.085 for 3, & 1.285 pounds for 4 persons.



. We will be offering those clients wishing to take advantage of the 4 weekly periods, a special discount...For 2 persons, the price will be 995 pounds with our full weekly linen delivery service . For the 2nd & consecutive 4 weekly periods, there will be a reduction of 50 pounds...ie the price will be 945 pounds with full linen service .


Visitors or family guests will be most welcome during these periods. The price per guest per week will be 60 pounds with full linen service .





Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, 45 pounds per extra day for 2 persons, 50 for 3 , & 55 pounds for 4 persons. Payments may be made via Barclays bank in the UK for sterling payments, or via Barclays in Tenerife for euro payments.

If we have availability,we can often offer you full use of your apt on your last day if your flight is after lunch-time......Why not book a late departure & enjoy your last day by the pool, on the beach or shopping ...up to 9.30 pm? The cleaner - who normally arrives at 10.30am - will be cancelled until the following day. Prices are...35 pounds for 2 persons, 40 for 3 , & 45 pounds for 4 persons. Do ask for this when booking.

Conditions

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure, we can keep that day free of bookings & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. The price for this service is 35 pounds for 2 persons, 40 pounds for 3, & 45 pounds for 4 persons.

Dave, Henning & Nancy can arrange for you to be met at the airport with keys, etc . Many of our regular clients very much appreciate their kindness & diligence both on arrival & departure.

The Tenerife region

Sunny climate all year round, in this delightful fishing village,mount teide being a major tourist attraction with top class golf courses, entertainment, beaches, ferry trips to the other 5 canary islands , water sports, hang-gliding etc.

The Los Cristianos / Victoria Court area

Local places to visit include Siam Water Park, for all ages, many golf courses, beautiful beaches . For those enjoying walking, there is an abundance of organised mountain walks in both rural & local areas. Cycling trips can be arranged in this , the south of Tenerife where the sun shines all year round. If you enjoy an active night life there are numerous theatres, including the famous Pyramid Ballet Spectacular, restaurants & venues for live music.

“I wish we could have stayed longer” We have just returned from a very enjoyable week in this nice apartment on a lovely complex. Everything that we needed was there and Nancy's assistance was greatly appreciated. We walked in the mornings, chilled on the balcony (in the warm sun!) each afternoon and dined out at night. There are excellent restaurants nearby: Italian, Chinese, British - we didn't have a single disappointing meal. There is also a good supermarket further up. It is only fair to say that Victoria Court lies up quite a steep hill and requires climbing some steps: so you need to keep some energy in reserve. But after a very bad experience in a local hotel last year we were so glad that we booked the apartment this time. All being well, we'll be back - either to this one or another on their list next year. We were really sorry that we hadn't been able to stay for another week (or more!)
