This exclusive 4 bed villa has lovely sea views, private pool, large garden and fantastic facilities. It has free broadband internet, UK and European TV, DVD , video, Playstation 2, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, oven, large fridge freezer etc. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and jacuzzi baths. All windows have security grilles so can be left open at night in summer. Spacious and sunny with large living room, sep dining room, 3 terraced areas. On main bus route into Los Cristianos which is only 5 min away. Sleeps 8 (plus 2 on sofa bed) plus possibility of sep apartment which sleeps 4

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is one of the Canary Islands, which are politically and culturally a part of Spain, but are located just off the African coast. Their southern location gives them arguably the best climate in the world, with warm winters and not-too-hot summers. The year-round average temperature is 25 degrees, with sunshine every day of the year and only 2 or 3 days of rain.
Los Cristianos / Chayofa area
Chayofa is in the south which benefits from most sunshine. It was originally a large tomato-producing area which is shown in the local art gallery and cafe Finca del Arte. There are 2 hotels in Chayofa as well as tennis court and a choice of high-quality international and Spanish restaurants.
In Chayofa there is the Jungle Park, well worth a visit. There is also a communal swimming pool. A few minutes away is a camel park which has a nice cafe and does camel safaris! The beaches and resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only 5 min in car away.

The villa is 15 minutes from the airport. We offer an airport pick up service or you may prefer to get a car.

Further details outdoors: The Villa is set on a large plot of 450 square metres, with a large lawn and pretty flowers around. There is a private pool which has a solar cover to heat it. Lots of pepper trees and bouganvillas.
There are also several terraces. From the top terrace there are lovely sea views. 2 External patio areas for dining. Also a bbq in the garden.

Guestbook for Chayofa Villa
One of the nicest villas we have stayed in and very well equipped. We could sit in the sun by the pool or on the grass, or the top terrace which had lovely views. There is plenty of space aand its a lovely sunny chalet. We hired a car from the airport which was cheap and we could get about easily, we like private, quiet villas and the pool was lovely and warm, and great for midnight swims under the stars! We had a great week in the villa, we like to cook and eat in and it was well equipped. The intenet connection was great for the kids who use their laptops all day, wel except when theyre in the pool. Nice bar and restaurant locally, Casa Cantabria, really friendly. The bus service was good, 1 every hour down to town and a taxi back was about 5€. Will hopefully be coming again, thanks Jean We had a great stay at the villa in Chayofa, we made full use of the lovely pool and gardens, enjoying midnight swims and bbq s most days, iit is so much nicer than staying in an apartment or hotel. Jean was very helpful and the house was very clean, spacious and well kept. Facilities provided great for our teenagers, lots of inflatables at the pool, playstation and the wifi for their computers, fantastic, thanks and hope to go again.
